RULES OF THE ROAD.

We try to keep rules and regulations to the minimum unless necessary for the harmony and safety of every individual in the group. However, we expect the few that we have, to be followed very strictly, failing which we may exclude that particular participant from the rest of the trip.

RULES:

Intoxication:
We do not allow any form of intoxication while on the motorcycle during Himalayan Adventure Tibet 2024.

Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that preserves their dignity and other's around them, including other participants, support staff and locals of the region.

Environmental responsibility:
We must try and ensure that we maintain the sanctity of the region we are passing through in a bid to #leaveeveryplacebetter.

Medical advice:
If you are under medical treatment, we expect you to follow the medical advice very strictly.

LUGGAGE
A vehicle is arranged to carry your luggage, and it will be carried at the owner’s risk. Each rider is allowed to place one bag with a maximum permissible limit of 15Kgs. Each rider must ensure that their luggage is loaded and unloaded every day within stipulated timelines to be communicated on a daily basis. The luggage van will be a closed van where all your photography equipment will be stored safe from any possible environmental damage.

Satellite luggage (to be carried on the motorcycle at all times)

Participants should be able to access their luggage after reaching the destination. Hence your satellite luggage carried on the motorcycle should consist of:

1.  Ample amount of drinking water.
2. Energy bars/ biscuits.
3. First aid kit.
4. A set of change clothes.
5. A pair of footwear.
6. Warm clothes - as you might experience cold weather conditions.

Law & Order implications

Any sort of sloganeering related to any caste, sect, group etc is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with immediate expulsion from the ride. Any participant getting into any law and order situation due to personal action or behaviour will have no liability on Royal Enfield and the individual would be responsible for his/her consequences.
