hi, this is ajay. we, as a family, have travelled nooks and corners of our gr8 land. having covered more than 200000 km on road, a kind of boredom had started to set in. we have realised that travelling in cars and SUVs, that we have been using till now, is like travelling inside a bubble. after all, with airconditioner on, how could one smell the air and the fragrance of the countryside? so, we decided to sell our scorpio ( done already) and buy a caravan but then the bubble remianed. so, we have decided to restart our life now that we are about to be 40 in a couple of years from now. i am not new to bulls, though. during my college days, as well as when i was a youngster in this profession, i have driven the royal bull. looking fwd to a younger life once again. though not on royals, we have travelled extensively in the states of j&k, himachal, punjab, rajasthan, gujrat, maharasthra, goa, karnatka, tamilnadu, andhra, orissa, chattisgarh, madhyapradesh, uttarpradesh, uttarakhand, while we have also touched parts of west bengal and assom. the most memorable ones have been the one like sangla, karwar, teerthan, drass, ooty, goa, chilka, haldigaati and so on. looking forward to network with like minded people who travel for fun. flexible programme rather than rigid travel plans would be preferred. i am also available for any advice should u need on road travel in any part of this beautiful country unless i have not been there myself. ride safely update we had been waiting for the new integrated engine thunderbird to come out before we got onto the road again.but instead of a proposed january 2008 launch, there has been no sign even now in may2008. so, booked an electra 5s on 02 may 08. we expect delivery in a couple of weeks from now. our biking kit from cramster, banglore is also on the way. all this for the RIDE OF THE LIFE TIME. see our entry in rider-wants-rider column. we propose to take off in mid jul on a flexible schedule. distance and timing irrespective, u r most welcome to join us wish us all the best PL DO VOTE FOR OUR NUMBER PLATE the first lot from cramster has arrived- k2k jacket, knee protectors and trg gloves. look good, lets see. there is, however, a bit of frustration setting in - the dealer says that our bike will be delivered only in or after mid jun . surprising, isn't it??? 04 jun and our bull is in - red, 5s electra fully loaded. wow!!!!!!!
