Role context and purpose

  • ROYAL ENFIELD IS ESTABLISHING A NEW BUSINESS VERTICAL – VINTAGE – FOR THE PRE-OWNED MOTORCYCLES BUSINESS . THE MAJOR KEY OFFERINGS THRU THIS BUSINESS INITIATIVE WOULD BE: PRE-OWNED, REFURBISHED, RESTORED – RE DEALERS WILL FACILITATE THE BUSINESS OF PROCUREMENT, REFURBISHMENT, SALE, ETC OF RE MOTORCYCLES FROM THE CUSTOMERS. THIS BUSINESS WILL ALSO SUPPORT ROYAL ENFIELD AND ITS DEALERS TO
  • THE AREA MANAGERS SHOULD CLOSELY WORK WITH THE DEALERS AND THEIR TEAM TO ACHIEVE THE GOALS, TRAINING THE TEAM, CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, ETC. INCREASE THE NETWORK PRESENCE ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

  • ENSURE THE VINTAGE DEALERS DO THE BUSINESS AS PER THE COMPANY GUIDELINES, STANDARDS, ETC
  • ENSURE THE DEALERS TEAM IS TRAINED AND EQUIPPED ENOUGH TO PROCURE RE PRE-OWNED MOTORCYCLES
  • ENSURE THE DEALERS TEAM IS TRAINED AND EQUIPPED ENOUGH TO REFURBISH, SELL THEM
  • ENSURE THE DEALERS RETAIL THE PRE-OWNED MOTORCYCLES AS PER THE GUIDELINE PRICES
  • ENSURE THE DEALERS UPDATE THE PRICE MATRIX ON A WEEKLY BASIS
  • TO BRING IN MARKET INTELLIGENCE, DATA BASE BUILDING, DATA MAINTENANCE
  • TO ENSURE THE DEALERS MEET THE MONTHLY BUSINESS TARGET
  • TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THRU PROPER DELIVERY COMMITMENT
  • TO ENSURE THE DEALERS TEAM IS EQUIPPED ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE COMPLETE JOURNEY CYCLE, ENQUIRY TO DELIVERY WITH REGARD TO RETAIL AND PROCUREMENT ALSO.
  • ENSURE DEALERS ACHIEVE THE UPGRADE TARGETED NUMBERS
  • TO ENSURE FEEDBACK IS TAKEN FROM EACH CUSTOMER
  • TO ENSURE THAT RIGHT PRODUCT MIX , COLOUR, MODEL, ETC AT THE DEALERSHIP STOCK
  • TO ENSURE THAT THE DEALERS TEAM IS PROPERLY FOLLOWING THE CHECK LIST, ETC WHILE PROCURING
  • TO ENSURE THAT THE TITLE TRANSFER IS DONE FOR THE POB RETAIL
  • TO SCALE UP THE VINTAGE BUSINESS IN OTHER DEALERS / OTHER AREAS AS PER THE COMPANY PLANS
  • TO ENSURE BTL ACTIVITIES ARE DONE TO GENERATE THE REQUIRED FOOT FALL IN THE TOUCH POINTS
  • TO ENSURE THAT THE DEALERS FOLLOW THE STATUTORY NORMS OF THE STATE AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT POLICIES
  • TO ARRANGE RIDE EVENTS TO THE CUSTOMERS

  • YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON OTIF DELIVERY ON VARIOUS GOALS AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS. THESE WILL DEPEND ON THE FOCUS AREA FOR THE YEAR. OVERALL SUCCESS OF YOUR ROLE WILL DEPEND ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • OE - PRE-OWNED BUSINESS EXPERIENCE (CARS , ETC) LIKE MARUTI TRUE VALUE, HYUNDAI ADVANTAGE, ETC
  • BASE LOCATIONS WILL BE – DELHI, MUMBAI , KOLKATA
