Role context and purpose

  • AFTER SALES PROJECT MANAGER. AFTER SALES READINESS FOR NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH.

Key Responsibilities

  • UNDERSTAND THE OVERALL NEED OF BUSINESS AND INITIATE COMMERCIAL & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT IN PROJECTS.
  • SYNCHRONIZE AND BALANCE AFTER SALES REQUIREMENTS IN PROJECT.
  • BRING FORWARD AND FOLLOW-UP ISSUES TO ENSURE THAT ALL AFTER SALES REQUIREMENTS ARE DELIVERED FROM AND TO THE PROJECT.
  • PLAN, MONITOR AND DELIVER AFTER SALES REQUIREMENTS IN-LINE WITH THE PROJECT PLAN.
  • ATTEND WORK GROUP, CFT AND PROJECT REVIEWS MEETING.
  • IDENTIFY RISKS RELATED TO PROJECT DEADLINES AND PRESENT SOLUTIONS TO THE PROJECT ORGANISATION IN CASE OF DEVIATIONS.
  • SECURE VIRTUAL VEHICLE, PROTOTYPE VEHICLES AND COMPONENT FOR AFTER SALES STUDY AND TRAINING.
  • REPORT PROJECT STATUS TO FUNCTIONAL MANAGER AND COMMERCIAL ORGANISATION; COORDINATE ALL AFTER SALES DELIVERABLE WITH RELEVANT AGENCIES.
  • BE AWARE OF FUTURE TRENDS, PARTICIPATE IN DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES AND SUPPORT TO PD ON VALIDATION.
  • PREPARE, SECURE AND MONITOR AFTER SALES BUDGET IN PROJECT. Success matrics of the role
  • ENSURE AFTER SALES REQUIREMENTS ARE CAPTURED IN PROJECT AND DELIVERED ON TIME.
  • ENSURE AFTER SALES TEAM IS READY FOR HANDLING NEW PRODUCT. Scope and Impact

  • REQUIRE TO INTERACT WITH PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS NAMELY PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCT STRATEGY, MATERIALS, MARKETING, PMO, SPD, AFTER SALES RETAIL, TRAINING, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, AND TECHNICAL PUBLICATION.
