Please read and accept the following Terms and Conditions before participating in the ‘The Royal Enfield 125th Anniversary Edition Hypershift Classic 650’ sale and registering for purchasing the Motorcycles. These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Eicher Motors Limited (“Royal Enfield”), as of the date Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided below.
Royal Enfield is offering for sale 625 units of brand new 125th Anniversary limited edition Royal Enfield Classic 650 Motorcycles for Customers globally. By registering through the Royal Enfield Mobile Application for participating in the Sale and purchasing the Motorcycles, the Customer accepts the following Terms and Conditions:
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions,
(a) Booking Fees shall mean a non-refundable fee of 5% (five percent) of the applicable ex-showroom price of the Motorcycle.
(b) ‘Customer’ shall mean a customer who, for the purposes of participating in the Sale and purchasing a Motorcycle, registers himself/herself on the App."
(c) "Reserve List" means the list of registered Customers maintained by Royal Enfield who are not among the first 625 successful bookers but may be offered an opportunity to book a Motorcycle in the event of cancellation, non-payment, non-responsiveness, or any other disqualification of a successful Customer.
(d) 'Motorcycle' shall mean one of the 625 units globally of the Royal Enfield 125th Anniversary Edition Hypershift Classic 650 Motorcycles that can be viewed on the App.
(e) ‘App’ shall mean the Royal Enfield Mobile Application.
(f) ‘Registration’ means the process of submitting the required details on the App during the Registration Period to participate in the Sale, following which the Customer will receive a registration confirmation and a unique ID code from Royal Enfield.
(g) 'Registration Period' shall mean the period commencing at 02:00 PM IST on 16th October 2026 and concluding at 06:00 PM IST on 28th October 2026.
(h) 'Sale' shall mean the online booking of Motorcycles for sale, which will be conducted during the Sale Period only till the stock lasts.
(i) 'Sale Period' shall mean the period commencing at 07:00 PM IST on 28th October 2026 and concluding until stocks last.
(a) Royal Enfield is inviting registrations for participating in the Sale of 625 units of brand new 125th Anniversary limited edition Royal Enfield Classic 650 Motorcycles globally.
(b) In order to be eligible for participating in the Sale and purchasing the Motorcycle, Customer shall register himself/herself on the App during the Registration Period.
(c) Registration for participating in the Sale shall remain open till the end of the Registration Period.
(d) Registration, as mentioned above, does not require any payment by the Customer (advance or otherwise) towards purchase of the Motorcycles.
(e) Customer must check the applicable ex-showroom price of the Motorcycle before registering.
(f) Customer acknowledges that the colors/textures as they appear on the App may vary from those on actual Motorcycles.
(g) During registration, the Customer will input his/her pincode or enable location permissions on the App and nearest Dealer, so that registration can be accordingly processed and completed.
(h) Upon submission of the registration form, Customer will receive an e-mail communication confirming the status of registration and a unique ID code for participating in the Sale.
(i) Receipt of registration confirmation e-mail shall not be considered as booking/ownership confirmation of the vehicle. (j) Royal Enfield reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any registration or booking in case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate registrations, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Royal Enfield.
(k) Registration only enables participation in the Sale and does not guarantee booking, allocation, delivery, or ownership of a Motorcycle.
(a) Customer must participate in the Sale, on the App, using their mobile number and unique ID code received along with the registration confirmation e-mail.
(b) During Sale, the first 625 Customers globally will be able to book the Motorcycles against payment of the Booking Fees.
(c) Upon successful payment of the Booking Fees, the first 625 Customers globally will receive an e-mail communication from Royal Enfield confirming their booking status.
(d) Pursuant to the Sale, the first 625 Customers globally who have successfully made payment of the Booking Fees will be contacted by Royal Enfield, for confirming the booking and executing the sale.
(e) In the event a Customer among the top 625 fails to respond to, revert to, or fails to complete the required formalities, or cooperate with Royal Enfield or the designated dealership within such timeline as may be notified by Royal Enfield, is unavailable for contact, or the booking is otherwise cancelled for any reason attributable to such Customer, Royal Enfield may contact Customers in the “Reserve List” for initiating the booking and executing the sale.
(f) Customers contacted by the Royal Enfield, pursuant to booking, are required to make payment for the full price of the Motorcycle, as may be notified by Royal Enfield, at the chosen dealership(s) and shall ensure that the same is received / realised by such Royal Enfield dealership. The Booking Fees shall be adjusted against the final purchase price of the Motorcycle payable by the Customer.
(g) In case the Customer fails to make the payment for the Motorcycle price within the stipulated time as may be notified by Royal Enfield, the booking shall be deemed cancelled.
(h) Sale shall be considered executed subject to complete payment of the price of Motorcycle to the chosen Royal Enfield dealer and upon fulfilment of other requirements as may be applicable to purchase of Motorcycle in the state chosen by the Customer.
(i) On receipt of the price of the Motorcycle, Royal Enfield will make its best endeavour to deliver the Motorcycle to the dealership selected by the Customer within a period of sixty to ninety (60- 90) days.
(j) The Customer must submit all the requisite documents to the dealer for registration, insurance etc. at the time of invoicing i.e. at the time of payment of Motorcycle price.
(k) If the Customer fails to provide complete and correct registration details and documents along with the Motorcycle price within the stipulated period, booking shall be deemed cancelled.
(l) The Motorcycle will be delivered to Customer only on completion of transfer of registration in the name of the Customer.
(m) The relevant dealer shall inform the Customer when the Motorcycle is available for delivery.
(n) All bookings shall be non-transferable.
(o) Only one booking shall be permitted per Customer.
(a) The Motorcycle shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty of three (03) years from the date of purchase or 40,000 Kms, whichever is earlier.
(a) Customer acknowledges that the Customer will not be eligible to cancel any booking made pursuant to the Sale.
(b) The Booking Fees is non-refundable.
(c) If Customer, at any time after booking, cancels such booking or fails to make payment of the full price of the Motorcycle at the chosen Royal Enfield dealership, the booking shall be deemed cancelled with immediate effect, the Booking Fees shall be non-refundable and Royal Enfield shall be free to sell the Motorcycle to any other customer.
(d) With reference to Clause 3 (i) above, if Royal Enfield dealer fails to deliver the Motorcycle within the stipulated time period for any reason including that of force majeure, the booking shall be deemed cancelled, and Royal Enfield’s and its dealer’s sole liability towards the Customer shall be to refund the amount received from the Customer towards purchase of Motorcycle.
(e) It is hereby clarified that Royal Enfield will have the sole discretion in respect of the delivery and refund of booking amounts in case of cancellation. The customer is precluded from initiating any claim for damages or specific performance against Royal Enfield. Customer will not be eligible to cancel a booking once the full price of the Motorcycle has been paid.
(a) You authorize Royal Enfield to process your personal data or personally identifiable information in accordance with its data Privacy Policy and applicable laws. For the purposes of these terms & conditions, any reference in the Privacy Policy to Royal Enfield’s website or any other page shall include a reference to the Contest registration page and all the related platforms, servers, etc. Likewise, you authorize for your information to be subject to transmission and transfer to other countries, which may or may not provide adequate levels of data protection.
(b)All of Royal Enfield’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by Royal Enfield to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
(c) By participating in this Sale, you consent to being sent emails and texts of a marketing nature by Royal Enfield [unless you have chosen not to receive these].
(d) Any query or complaint with respect to the details mentioned above may be referred to Royal Enfield at support@royalenfield.com.
(e)These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of the same shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Chennai will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute relating to the foregoing.
