All participants must be 18 years or older as on 1st January 2021.

All participants must have atleast one of the following: 1. Track School Participation - Certificate / Proof. 2. FMSCI accredited Race Participation - Certificate / Proof. 3. Track Day Participation - Certificate / Proof / Pay & Practice Receipt. 4. FMSCI 2W Race License (FMSCI Restricted 2W Racing License) - Proof. 5. Covid Vaccination - 2 Doses administered before Rider Selection Programme.

The GT Cup is open to anyone, irrespective of the motorcycle they own.

You do not need a driving license, however, you must be 18 years or older with a valid government proof.

Yes, you would need a medically fit certification to be able to race if you are one of the final selected season racers.

We welcome all riders to participate in the Continental GT Cup, however we do not have a separate race category for women riders - all riders will compete in the same races.

You can participate if you meet any of the eligibility criteria mentioned.

This would not be possible, as you would not meet any of our mandatory eligibility criteria mentioned above.

You would need to furnish acceptable proof of the same, or else you would not meet the criteria.

Successful registration does not mean an automatic place in the selections round. Your registration form along with uploaded documents will be validated . Upon successful validation, you will recieve a formal invitation for the selection round along with a payment link for INR 2500 + GST. Only the first 100 riders who complete the payment process will be confirmed for the final selection round.

The online registrations will go live on the 17th September 1200hrs and remain open till 26th September 1700hrs.

The payment for invitees will open on 27th September 1000hrs and remain open till 1st October 1700hrs.

Rider Selection Programme will be held on 18th and 19th October from 0800hrs till 1800hrs each day.

Rider Training Programmer will be held on 20th October from 0800hrs till 1800hrs.

The Race Rounds will be held on the following dates: Round 1: 21 Oct - 24 Oct at Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore. Round 2: 18 Nov - 21 Nov at Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore. Round 3: 2 Dec - 5 Dec at Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore. Round 4: 13 Jan - 16 Jan at BIC, Greater Noida.

Those applicants who meet the eligibility criteria shall be sent a confirmation email with an invitation to the Rider Selection Round along with a payment link for the same.

You should click on the link on your invitation email, fill in the form to verify your identity and make the online payment to book your slot for the Rider Selection Round. Please note that there are only 100 slots for Rider Selection, so only the first 100 invitees to complete online payment will secure their slot for the Rider Selection.

You would need to bring your Helmet, Gloves, Boots (all certified for track use), Covid Vaccination Certificate (both doses) as well as a Medical Fitness Certificate as issued by a registered medical practitioner.

Royal Enfield will not be providing any travel, boarding or lodging for any of the events - Rider Selection / Rider Training / Race Rounds - this will have to be borne by the particpant himself/herself.

The RE Continental GT Cup is a one make race format which comprises of 20 Race Prepped Continental GT motorcycles to provide a level playing field where the riders skill makes the final difference.

The RE Continental GT Cup consists of 4 rounds of racing with each round having 2 races.

Selected riders must participate in the entire championship, which consists of all 4 rounds and all 8 races. If for any circumstances, a racer chooses not to participate or is unable to participate in any of the 4 race rounds he/she will be will be replaced by a waitlisted racer for those races. There with no re-imbursement of fees paid to Royal Enfield or JK Tyre.

Riders shall score points based on their positions in each race as follows: 1st: 10 2nd: 8 3rd: 6 4th: 5 5th: 4 6th: 3 7th: 2 8th: 1

Every race will have 3 podium finishers - 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers as per the final race classification results. The championship results are decided based on total points accumulated by all the racers at the end of all 4 rounds and 8 races.

All race winners shall get the following prizes (in cash or kind or combinations of the two): 1st: Trophy + INR 30,000 2nd: Trophy + INR 20,000 3rd: Trophy + INR 10,000 The Championship winners shall get the following prizes (in cash or kind or a combinations of the two): 1st: Trophy + INR 2,00,000 2nd: Trophy + INR 1,25,000 3rd: Trophy + INR 75,000

All three championship podium finishers will recive rewards as listed above - Royal Enfield will not provide any other certification, sponsorship or endorsement to the winners.

Championship winners of one season do not automatially qualify for the next season. Each season will have it's own selection process.

Yes, this is a National Level Championship that is conducted as a part of the JK Tyre National Racing Championship series.

The Royal Enfield Continental GT Cup will not be televised, but you can view image galleries, race videos, race reports, championship standings and a lot of interesting race related content on our social media handles.

There is no cost for online registration for the GT Cup.

If you have received an invitation for the Rider Selection Programme, you will have to make an online payment of INR 2500 + 18% GST as Rider Selection Fee to secure your slot for the same. Please note that there are only 100 slots for Rider Selection, so only the first 100 invitees to complete online payment will secure their slot for the Rider Selection.

The Rider Training Programme is included along with the Rider Selection and there is no additional payment for this.

The final 18 selected riders will have to make a 100% advance payment of INR 20,000 + 18% GST as Rider Entry Fee to JK Tyre for all 4 rounds by 1700hrs on 20th October in order to participate in the Championship.

Upon cancellation by the rider, there shall be no refund of the amount paid, whether it be Rider Selection fee or Rider Entry fee or both.

No, Royal Enfield will provide race prepared Continental GT 650 motorcycles for all events during the GT Cup. There is no extra charge for this, apart from the Rider Selection Fee and Rider Entry Fee as mentioned earlier.

DOT is the minimum required helmet safety certification with a Double-D ring locking system.

RE will provide 1 piece leather racing suits that comply with FMSCI regulations including chest and back protectors. Riders must bring their own helmets, gloves and boots - all track riding specific.

The organisers shall have a medical ambulance with a doctor and paramedics on track during all events.

RE will provide a complete technical race crew with tools and spares for backup to repair and maintain all race fleet.

Royal Enfield & JK Tyre follow all safety procedures and provisions as stipulated by the FMSCI to conduct racing torunaments - including vehicle and rider scrutiny before each race, ambulances, paramdeics & first-aid available for all on-ground events.
