Royal Enfield 051

Royal Enfield 051

Every child remembers the thump from the streets. A king would pass by. We now hear it almost every minute or two which goes to show what Royal Enfield means to us all. Our milkman has a Bullet 500 from the ’80s and I can hear it from a kilometer away. It has always been a dream to build a custom RE. I’m 6’3”, and not a lot of bikes fit me so a custom bike is not only my passion but a necessity.

The inspiration behind this design was the 1928’s, Royal Enfield. Almost identical in design but way too separated by the technology. It is a cruiser in perspective and a very comfortable rider triangle. It is designed for long-distance rides but not suitable for bad roads. Hardtail chassis doesn’t absorb many shocks but the seat has a small suspension setup which will help the rider.
