To celebrate the spirit of individuality, we launched our first personalisation platform, MakeitYours. In 2024, we took things to the next level with Factory Custom: a first-of-its-kind initiative that allows customers to collaborate with our in-house experts and be a part of customising their motorcycles right from the start, while staying within the guardrails of the law.

The Royal Enfield factory custom is an industry first, one of its kind service where the company provides interested consumers to customize & personalise their Royal Enfield motorcycle according to their own taste through multiple cosmetic options making each motorcycle unique to its owner.

The Royal Enfield factory custom is a one of its kind program that allows you to create, your own limited edition motorcycle that no one else owns by personalizing it to your taste and all of this with manufacturer warranty - Royal Enfield’s design team will personally collaborate with you to co-create the Royal Enfield of your dreams just for you.

The personalisation is available for cosmetic parts only. The Royal Enfield Factory custom program covers paint, paint finishes, decals, badges, graphics, seats, seat vinyls and thread colours and genuine motorcycle accessories for now - there is a very large variety to choose from across all of the above to personalize your motorcycle according to your taste. Mechanicals, specifications, features, performance & ergonomics all remain the same as standard on the stock variant.

Since this is an OEM (Company/Brand) offered customisation, all standard mechanical & parts warranties apply here as well along with spare parts availability across our dealership network - In the case of the Classic 350 this is 3yrs or 30,000/- kms (whichever comes first) - On all cosmetic parts that have been customized spares will be provided on made to order basis within a period of 90 days on best efforts from placing of the order at your nearest dealership

For the time being the Royal Enfield factory custom option is only available to the Classic 350 dual channel model. - The company is looking at extending it to other models in the future and will be communicated as and when it happens

No. The Royal Enfield factory custom option is only available on a new vehicle purchase

No. the current booking made by you cannot be changed to factory custom booking however you can cancel your current booking and try and make a fresh appointment/booking under the Royal Enfield Factory custom program subject to availability of limited slots each month on a first come first serve basis

The customization service comes in two custom packages

Configuration 1 - Rs 2,57,917/- ex-showroom (Led headlamp, Led pilot lamp, Type C USB charger, Gear position indicator on cluster)
Configuration 2 - Rs 2,66,582/- ex showroom (Led headlamp, Led pilot lamp, Type C USB charger, Gear position indicator on cluster, Led Indicators, Adjustable levers, Tripper pod)

On both the above packages , choice of Blacked out engine/polished engine & spoke wheels/alloy wheels is available.

Once Custom configuration is chosen, customisation can be made under paints, paint finish, decals, badges, seats & seat vinyl’s & thread colours
All genuine motorcycle accessories will be over and above ex-showroom cost basis selection

Since the motorcycle will be personalized according to your preferences and is not a stock, Royal Enfield will make its best endeavour to deliver the Motorcycle to the dealership/ company owned store selected by the Customer within 120 days from the date of payment of Rs 15,000.

Step-1 : Log on to Royal Enfield factory custom webpage and click on book appointment
Step-2 : Fill in all details as required on the form & choose date
Step-3 : Confirm appointment by paying a refundable sum of Rs 5,000/- incase you do not wish to proceed with vehicle booking you can initiate refund by writing to support@royalenfield.com or contact us on 1800 210 0008
Step-4 : Royal Enfield Design team will get in touch with you to and fix a convenient date for the appointment basis collective availability - appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times
- A total of 2 meetings can be made under one appointment - incase no vehicle booking has been made the appointment will be cancelled and the sum of Rs 5,000/- will be refunded
- For all confirmed appointments the customer will have to be present at the TVT factory in person for which you will have to visit the Royal Enfield factory custom design studio, No.624, Thiruvottiyur High Road, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai - 600019
- incase required the second follow-up appointment can be made online as per agreement with Royal Enfield's design team (do ensure that you are available and are in a proper network area)
Step-5 : Once you have closed on the personalized design with the Royal Enfield Design team , a specification sheet along with price will be created for your approval and signatures along with you selecting the dealership that you would like to take the delivery of the vehicle from.
Step-6 : Pay the booking amount of Rs 15,000/- ( total 20,000/- non-refundable) to confirm the order of your very own personalized royal enfield
Step-7 : Upon Intimation from the dealership chosen by you, proceed to complete full payment & documentation prior to taking delivery as is standard purchase process

During your online collaboration with the Royal Enfield design team, your choices will be rendered on a 3d model of the motorcycle - should you wish to proceed a specification sheet will be mailed to you for a written approval in place of a physical signature - Note colours may appear different on screen vs in plain sight and Royal Enfield shall not be responsible for the same

The Royal Enfield factory custom program is available to all across the country with 15 slots available per month on first come first serve basis -. i.e you can book an appointment from anywhere in India by logging onto the Royal enfield factory custom official website - The appointment will need to be fulfilled via a visit in person to the Royal Enfield factory custom design studio in Chennai

No. The cost of all travel, boarding and lodging for your visits to the Royal Enfield factory custom design studio will not be borne by the company at any time during the process.

The Royal Enfield factory custom program is a one of its kind, special program that is offered by the company with limited slots each month where the brand's own design team will spend multiple hours to co-create and design the royal enfield of your dreams - Since there are limited slots available on a first cum first serve basis a fee is collected.

You can always opt to cancel your factory custom vehicle booking within this program via a written communication to support@royalenfield.com or incase a vehicle booking has not been made after 2 meetings, Royal Enfield will initiate a refund via written communication.

After a custom vehicle booking amount of Rs 15,000/- has been made the total amount (appointment + vehicle booking) of Rs 20,000/- will be non-refundable.

With the enormous amount of options, combinations available to personalize & customize the likelihood of 2 similar motorcycles is very very slim - However it depends on your own vision, creativity and taste - so there is no guarantee but the chances are extremely slim that someone else will have the exact same taste as yours.
