Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of VAT report – Monthly
- CIJ/ Revex – Check for approval and create order number, recording and filing
- Checking reimbursement receipts and invoices in order with the CIJ/Revex approved and sharing the same with banking team in India.
- Allocating and matching Invoices to Projects and identifying Cost centres and co-ordinating with team in India to ensure payment of the same.
- Filing of records.
- Managing petty cash and passing necessary entries in SAP.
- Charge Cards expenses verification and accounting.
- Overseeing Branch accounting – Support in day-to-day accounting.
- Prepare Grant claim documentation on a quarterly basis for submission.
- Assisting in audits. (HMRC/Grant/Internal/Statutory)
- Fixed Assets tagging and verification.
- Inventory verification.
