Role context and purpose

  • As the Manager- CEO Office for Royal Enfield, you will report to the CEO for providing strategic support to the office through communication, research, project management via interfacing with internal & external agencies.
  • You will provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO office and internal stakeholders, demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff and also engage with external stakeholders as the liaison to the CEO office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the CEO in writing internal/ external communication, including articles for internal magazines, press releases, annual report letters, etc
  • Detailed official correspondence - proactive and reactive
  • Managing relationships and engaging with organisation/ agencies on behalf of the CEO
  • Reaching out to new contacts/ getting in touch with organisation/ agencies to build network for the CEO
  • Research, meetings with stakeholders/ consultants on topics outside the remit of current product strategy organisation.
  • Supporting the CEO with research for internal projects related to building RE brand, enriching customer experience and innovations.
  • Processing proposals sent from external agencies - such as doing initial research & analysis on investment opportunities

  • Clearly defined and well managed roadmaps for specific allocated projects
  • Supporting product launches including timing, pricing, product materials, talking points and training.

  • Quality & timelines of communication drafted for with external or internal parties

  • You have extensive knowledge of Indian automotive market
  • You have a network in Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and have direct access and connections with leaders automotive in India
  • You are at an expert level in written and verbal communication skills
  • You have an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • You have very strong interpersonal skills and are able to build relationships with stakeholders; both internal & external
  • You have demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • You have the maturity and perspective to manage interaction with senior internal & external stakeholders. You are able to handle confidential information with discretion, are adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • You are highly resourceful, with the ability to work independently
