Royal Enfield - 031

The inspiration behind this design is my imagination .

I always wanted to be a bike designer but my parents told me that there is no future in this field in India & then I saw an interview of RCM in 2010.  That video inspired me so much (my first thought was that if someone out there can build the bike of their dreams, then I can also follow my passion.  I’ve been designing bikes since then.

The bike has a redesigned fuel tank (integrating speedometer, navigation and fuel), seat, and front and rear mudguard. The forks are the same as from the factory. The major change is in rear suspension (it seems to be a hardtail but has a mono shock ).  Redesigned side bags (with integrated indicators), stretched handlebar and front & rear mudguards are redesigned too to satisfy the bike's cruiser style and function.   I used spoke wheels instead of alloy because it adds a more raw finish to the design
