Food & beverages will not be provided at RE SLIDESCHOOL anymore. Patrons are requested to carry their own packed food as well as their water bottles. On request, you can get your water bottle refilled and also get RedBull.
Safety Procedures
● Parking lot no. 1 & 2 at the Bigrock Dirtpark will be used for all cars and bikes. Vehicles cannot proceed beyond that point, these parking lots will be marked with visible signages
● A thermal temperature scanning will be required for all patrons on arrival and a mandatory check of the Aarogya Setu app at entry. Only individuals with a green status will be allowed to enter the Bigrock Dirtpark. Please ensure you have downloaded and set up the Aarogya Setu app before you arrive at BigRock Dirt Park so there is no delay upon entry.
● All interested participants must book their slots online in advance or connect with Bigrock Dirtpark on the following cell number +9191483 27116.
● No walk-ins will be entertained.
● Only online payments will be accepted.
● We request all to be seated in your respected vehicles if you arrive more than 25 minutes before their batch time. Do not show up excessively early for your batch – if you turn up early before your time you will be turned away.
● All patrons must carry their face masks.
● All patrons must carry their gear. Only boots & chest guards will be provided on rent.
● All must adhere to social distancing norms & avoid coughing and spitting on the property.
● Participants will not be allowed to enter the main hangar anymore.
● The bikes will be brought outside from where they will be assigned to the riders.
● Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times.
● The maximum group size permitted is 5.
● The restrooms will be used as changing rooms.
● The riders are requested to keep all their private belongings in their cars.
● You will have to sign an indemnity form.
Bikes, Gear & Common Areas
● The bikes, gear & common areas will be disinfected between batches.
● Please dispose of any bio hazardous waste like masks, gloves, tissues in the biohazard marked dustbin.
Kindly note adults, age 65+ and children below 10 years of age will not be allowed to access the park facilities until further notice due to government recommendations.
We try to keep rules and regulations to the minimum unless necessary for the harmony and safety of the individual or group. However, we expect the few that we have, should be followed religiously.
● Intoxication: we do not allow any form of intoxication when on the motorcycle.
● Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that preserves their dignity and others around them, including other influencers, trainers, support crew and locals of the region.
● Environmental responsibility: we must try and ensure that we maintain the sanctity of Royal Enfield Slide School
● Medical advice: If you are under medical treatment we expect you to follow the medical advice very strictly & inform the trainer at the respective faculty, the same should be mentioned in the self medical declaration
Terms of Use for using Royal Enfield website for Slide school
These terms of use ("Terms of Use") apply to various Motorcycle riding events(“Event”) conducted by Bigrock India Private Limited (“Third Party Service Provider”) at the Slide school located at 109 Holali Village Huthur Hobli,Kolar, Bangalore 563103. Royal Enfield acts as a facilitator between the prospective participant and the Third Party Service Provider for participation in the Event.
We advise you to carefully read the Terms of Use; so that you fully understand the rights and obligations, you have in relation to your intention to participate in the Event. By browsing Royal Enfield website, making use of our website, you understand that Royal Enfield is not the organiser of the Event and Royal Enfield website does not contain the facility to make a reservation for the Event (“Reservation”). Royal Enfield is redirecting you to the webpage owned and managed by the Third Party Service Provider and you acknowledge and agree that you have read the Terms of Use and you agree to these Terms of Use. Each and every use of Royal Enfield Website is completely voluntary.
A Reservation for the Event placed by you, if accepted by the respective Third Party Service Provider shall form a binding agreement between you and the Third Party Service Provider alone. If you have any questions, complaints or remarks about the Third Party Service Provider, a Reservation or a Request for Reservation, Services offered, you may please directly contact the Third Party Service Provider.
By using Royal Enfield Website for Reservation to the Event, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Royal Enfield is not offering or delivering any sort of Services and nor does it warranty in form about the quality, fitness, merchantability or suitability of any Services offered by any Third Party Service Provider. Royal Enfield hereby expressly disclaims any and/or all costs / claims / liabilities in this regard. We suggest you to kindly take due care and conduct due diligence before making any Reservations for the Event.
The services offered are subject to the third party service provider’s terms and conditions, as well as all agreements between you and the third party service provider. Royal Enfield shall never become a party to an agreement between a third party service provider and you for any services offered by the third party service provider , thus royal Enfield shall not be responsible or liable for any failure / defect / deficiency in services offered by the third party service provider offering its services. We advise you to carefully read the third party service provider’s terms and conditions applicable for the event, since such terms and conditions may entail legal obligations and it is your responsibility to adhere to such obligations. Royal Enfield accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any decisions made by you based on the content of Royal Enfield and/or content of the third party service provider.
You and the Third Party Service Provider are solely responsible for the correct performance and execution of Reservation(s), which – from your side – includes the correct provision of the required information in making a Reservation.
Your use of Royal Enfield Website is free of charge. Third Party Service Providers charge their own fees for the Events offered by them. Please be aware that you might owe the Third Party Service Provider (part of) the fee in case you make a Reservation with them. Royal Enfield has no influence on, is not involved in and is not liable for any payment made by you to the Third Party Service Provider for Reservations or otherwise. Royal Enfield is not responsible for and has no influence on the applicable payment terms / cancelation charges etc. for any Services offered by the Third Party Service Provider.
To view, change or cancel your reservation, you may please get in touch with the third party service provider directly or refer to your confirmation email that you may have received from the third party service provider. We recommend you to check and confirm all necessary details regarding services, reservation / cancelation process and procedure on or before making your reservation for any services offered by any third party service provider.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, Royal Enfield makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, completeness and / or fitness for a particular purpose, quality, safety, integrity or accuracy of services offered by the Third Party Service Provider. Furthermore, Royal Enfield does not guarantee that Royal Enfield Website shall lead to a successful booking / Reservation for the Events offered by Third Party Service Providers.
The conclusion and performance of Reservations, including any payment obligation resulting therefrom, as well as the cancellation of Reservations is the sole responsibility of you and the Third Party Service Provider. You hereby indemnify Royal Enfield from any / all claims submitted by any Third Party Service Provider or any other third party that relates to your use of Royal Enfield Website and/or Reservations made by you, for the Event.
You guarantee that you will not use Royal Enfield Website in a way that includes but shall not be limited to:
● Infringement of the rights of Royal Enfield or third parties such as other users or Third Party Service Providers, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights or rights in relation to the protection of privacy;
● contrary to any current legislation or regulations; or
● contrary to any provision in these Terms of Use.
You are solely responsible and liable for the content you submit, which includes the ratings provided by you and reviews you write. Since you are able to upload content to Royal Enfield Website without restriction, you warrant that this content is lawful and does not infringe upon any party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights or any other rights and you indemnify Royal Enfield from any third party’s claim in this respect. You also warrant that you do not submit content which involves any illegal activities or activities that are contrary to morality or public order, which includes, but is not limited to content that relates to hate speech, is violent in any way or qualifies as or transmits unwanted or unsolicited material or content (spam). We do not warrant that your content will be correctly, completely and/or continuously available on Royal Enfield Website. By uploading reviews and other content, you grant Royal Enfield a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and transferable right to reproduce this content and make it available on Royal Enfield Website, including the right to use (parts of) this content, for promotional purposes and other services in connection with the Event.
Royal Enfield and/or Service Provider shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and transferable right to reproduce the content developed during the Ride Events like photographs, videos, and other contents created for promotional purposes and other services in connection with the Event.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights to grant the licenses as laid down in Article above of these Terms of Use, without infringing or violating any third party rights, including but not limited to, any privacy rights, publicity rights, IP Rights or any other proprietary rights. You indemnify Royal Enfield against any and all third party claims, based upon any alleged infringement of such third party rights in relation to the content you submitted.
Privacy Law and statement :
In order to make use of Royal Enfield Website it is required that you provide Royal Enfield with personal information such as your name, mobile number, e-mail address etc., Royal Enfield only uses your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
In order to submit a Request or make a Reservation, you may be required to provide personal data to the Third Party Service Provider. Third Party Service Provider alone is responsible for processing of such data and shall do so in accordance with its own privacy statement. Royal Enfield shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you due to the processing of your personal data by a Third Party Service Provider.
