    Booking a ride on Royal Enfield Wanderlust website is easy and hassle free. Begin by entering the start point of the journey, the start and end date and time, and the number of motorcycles you want to rent. You will be directed to listing page of motorcycles, select the ride(s) you like, enter the ride(s) details and make the payment to complete the transaction.

    The pick- up and drop point for a ride is the same as the partner’s branch location mentioned while booking the ride. You can find the detailed address of the pick-up point under : My account>My Trips > Upcoming Trips. Alternatively, you can also find the detailed address of the pick-up point in the confirmation email sent to you after the booking.

    A customer doesn't need any document for the booking, but to collect and motorcycle, the rider will have to show and submit a copy of a valid Indian driving license. If you are not an Indian citizen, you are required to have a valid International driving license.

    Pick up and drop is not a standard service on Royal Enfield Rentals. However, a few rental partners offer pick and drop for an additional cost under their “Value Added Services.” We advise you to check the “Value Added Services” section of the rental partner before booking a motorcycle.

    The refunds are issued only if the customer cancels the motorcycle before the ride start date and basis the individual rental operator’s cancellation policy. No refunds will be given in case a customer faces unfavourable weather conditions after the start of the trip. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to check the weather forecast before booking and prepare accordingly.

    Each Rental partner has its own late return policy. You are advised to check the “Cancellation and late return policy” for your rental partner to know about the exact charges.

    The motorcycle needs to be picked up and dropped off at the same location.

    In such a case, you can choose to deny the alternate option and cancel the booking. You can then choose to make a fresh booking for the model of your choice.

    Reach the pick up point at least 10 minutes prior to your trip start time. Once you reach the pick up point, perform a thorough check of the booked motorcycle and the documents. Clarify any confusion you may have with respect to the motorcycle or the documents with the rental partner. Once you are sure, share the trip start OTP sent to you with the partner to start the trip.

    Your motorcycle will be reserved only for the time you have booked it for. Your motorcycle time starts and ends exactly as per the time chosen by you during the booking process.

    A rental partner can have multiple branches within the same area. To find the exact location and distance to a branch with respect to any given point, click on the "check distance" feature on the partner screen's top right corner.

    Yes, you can book multiple motorcycles with different rental partners for any date under the same booking id.

    In case your booking was successful, you would have received a confirmation email carrying the booking details on your registered email-id. Alternatively, you can also find the confirmation details under My Account > My Trips > Upcoming Trips. If you cannot find the confirmation details or are unsure of the booking status, call our customer care at 18002100008 and explain the issue.

    Since you can book multiple trips with different operators in a single booking, multiple OTPs allow you to start trips independent of each other. Additionally, it also allows you to verify each of the booked motorcycles separately.

    Post comparing ratings and reviews, you can further narrow down the search based on the distance between your current location and the trip's starting point and consider information such as the motorcycle model and mileage to choose between the motorcycles offered by different rental partners.

    You can find it under the “My Account” section given on the top right corner of the screen.

    We need each rider's contact information to share with them the OTP to start their respective trips with the rental partner. Additionally, we will also share your contact details with the partner 24 hours before the ride start time. This will enable the partner to keep you updated in case of any changes.

    The emergency contact detail of a rider is the first point of contact the partner/ medical personnel will get in touch with in case of an emergency or mishap.

    It is mandatory to give the emergency contact details for each of the riders. The required person will communicate with the Emergency contact person only in case of an emergency.

    Yes, you can cancel the booking for a single rider. To do that, go to My Account > My Trips > Upcoming > Click on “view details” of the booking you want to cancel > Scroll down and click on “cancel booking” > Choose the rider you want to cancel the booking for > Tick on the reason for cancellation > Submit.

    In case of breakdowns, we advise you to call the rental partner and explain the issues.

    In case of any issues, contact the rental partner directly and explain the issues. Since there is no refund policy for such cases, we strongly advise you to perform a thorough check of the motorcycle before sharing your ride start OTP with the partner.

    The fuel is not included in the motorcycle rental price. We advise you to fuel up from the nearest fuel station first thing after collecting the motorcycle. Also, there will be no money/cash refund if you return the bike with fuel left in it.

    There is no limit on the number of kilometers you can ride during the trip.

    You can ride to other states only if your rented ride is registered for inter-state travel. The listing of the ride will also show the list of the states it is allowed to enter. Kindly check the details of the ride thoroughly before booking.

    Please get in touch with the rental partner ASAP and report the issue.

    Few rental partners might charge a security deposit (refundable) which would be over and above the rental amount of the motorcycle and Royal Enfield will not be involved in any of these transactions.

    All the motorcycles listed on Royal Enfield Rentals will have its own vehicle insurance. You are advised to carry a copy of the same during your trip. You are recommended to carry your medical insurance and other details with you all the time.

    The rental rates are defined by the partners directly for their respective fleets.

    You need to pay for the rental services at the time of booking.

    The cancellation and late return policies are different for different rental partners. The policies are defined directly by the rental partners for their respective fleets. You can find the partner's late return and cancellation policy on their profile and as part of the offered ride details as well.

    To download the invoice of a completed trip, go to the My Account > My Trips > Completed Trips. Then, click on the “download invoice” link given next to each of your completed rides.

    You can cancel your motorcycle anytime on or before your ride start date. However, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the charges defined by your rental partner in the cancellation policy. We advise you to check the cancellation policy for each of the partners before booking or cancelling a motorcycle to help you make an informed decision.

    Usually, it takes any time between 3-10 working days to receive a refund. If you have not received a refund within 10 days, please call our customer care and report the issue.

    If you are unsure of the status of your booking, check your profile section or registered email id for any booking confirmation messages. However, if you are sure that the booking was unsuccessful, we request you to check with your respective bank for the deducted amount. In such cases, usually, the deducted amount gets refunded from the bank within 7 working days.

    You can rate and review the partner and the services at the end of each trip.

    Ideally, during rating your experience, you should consider all the aspects of partner services. To name a few, you could rate the services based on the motorcycle's condition, the availability of documents, the partner's behaviour, and the quality of information shared by the operator before the start of the trip, etc.

    The Value Added Services (VAS) are the additional services provided by the rental partners at an additional cost. These are unique to each rental partner. Under VAS, you can rent riding gear, and accessories, choose pick up and drop services, etc.

    You need to pay directly to the rental partner at the time of motorcycle collection for all the value added services.

    The services/items under VAS are subject to availability. We will be providing you partner's contact details 24 hours before the ride start time. You are advised to call the partner directly to confirm the availability of the VAS services. To be on the safer side, we suggest you make alternate arrangements as well.

    Yes, you can rent riding gear and other riding accessories under the Value Added Services. The services are, however, subject to availability.

    You are requested to check out VAS offered by the tour partner. Keeping safety in view, we strongly recommend you carry your helmet specific to your head size.

    You are requested to check with the rental partner before you plug in any such equipment to the motorcycle.

    Few of our Rental Partners offer pick up and drop services as part of their VAS at an extra cost. We advise you to check the VAS provided by the rental partner before booking to make an informed choice.
