Cancellation policy

Once the rental bookings are made with the Partner, it means that the chosen Motorcycle(s) booked by the customer(s) shall be reserved for the customer(s). However, if the customer(s) wishes to cancel the booking(s) so made, the following cancellation charges shall be applicable -

Time frame

Cancellation amount (in percentage)

Between16 days or more

0% of booking amount

Between6 to 10 days

50% of booking amount

Between 5 days

100% of booking amount

Late returns

In case there is a delay in returning the motorcycle(s) at the time chosen by the customer(s), the partner may levy an additional fee, since the motorcycle(s) are booked for other customer(s). The following late charges will be applicable:

0-2 Hours INR 200

2-4 Hours INR 400

More than 4 hours INR 600

A refundable security deposit may be charged by Operator. For further information, please contact the Operator.

I have fully read, understood and agree with the User Agreement / Terms and Conditions of Use for the Platform. I fully understand and agree that Royal Enfield is acting only as an aggregator and shall in no way be responsible for loss / damages or injury arising out of services / deficiency in services offered by the third party Tour / Rental Partner(s) on the Platform. Further, I hereby expressly authorize Royal Enfield to share my Personal Information with the end third party Tour / Rental Partner whose services I have chosen.
