Please email the following documents to rides@royalenfield.com for you and your partner. Put your Registration Number and name of the tour as the subject of your email.
i.e.: “Registration no. xxssdeg4535 Tour of Rajasthan 2018”

  1. Scanned passport size photographs (both the participants, in case of couple registration)
  2. Scanned copy of passport (first, last page & valid visa pages) (both the participants, in case of couple registration) – ONLY FOR GLOBAL PARTICIPANTS
  3. Medical history by doctor and self (both the participants, in case of couple registration)
  4. Copy of driving license (both the participants, in case of couple registration)
  5. Scanned copy of vehicle registration, tax returns, PUC and insurance certificate valid for the duration of the trip (both the participants, in case of couple registration)
  6. Scanned copy of Mediclaim policy which is valid in India and should be valid for the duration of the trip (both the participants, in case of couple registration)
  7. Scanned copy of indemnity bond (need a copy to be signed by you and a copy to be signed by your partner, in case of couple registration)
