A two day trip to Amboli is a great option. Amboli ghat is a hill station in Sahayadari hills of the Western Ghats which is famous for its Waterfalls. Best time to visit is right after the monsoons end.

Start early before traffic but not in the Dark. It is at an easy distance of 111 kms from Goa's Dabolim Airport. Plan a visit to the spots in a relaxed fashion choosing a few places the first day and then check-in post lunch and keep rest of the places for the next day after checkout. Once In Amboli spend some time at every spot, slowing down, unwinding, and rejuvenating is required in this hill station.
