We congratulate you on choosing Royal Enfield and welcome you to the exciting world of motorcycling on a Royal Enfield. These terms and conditions will help you understand the detailed offers on Royal Enfield Maestros Cover for your Royal Enfield Motorcycle.
We request you to carefully read the below terms & conditions of Royal Enfield Maestros Cover.
1. PURPOSE
The Royal Enfield Maestros Cover is to provide scheduled maintenance at fixed intervals as prescribed by Royal Enfield at a fixed price paid in advance by the second party (customer) as per the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. DEFINITIONS
- (a). 'Motorcycle' - shall mean any variant of Royal Enfield Motorcycles as purchased by the Customer;
- (b). 'Customer' - shall mean any person who has purchased a Motorcycle and has opted to procure any of the Royal Enfield Maestros cover;
- (c). Royal Enfield Authorized Dealer / Authorized Dealer - Any person who has been authorized by Royal Enfield to sell and service the Motorcycles;
- (d). Royal Enfield Maestros Cover Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) - Shall mean the present document through which the Royal Enfield Maestros Cover package on a Motorcycle is purchased by the customer;
- (e). Royal Enfield Maestros Cover - Shall mean the time frame for which the Customer shall be covered under the Royal Enfield Maestros for scheduled services as per package purchased or opted by the customer;
- (f). Royal Enfield Maestros Cover - Shall mean the assurance of Royal Enfield to assume specific repair responsibilities regarding the Motorcycle as specified under the Royal Enfield Maestros Cover package T&C's.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Royal Enfield Maestro 3 / Royal Enfield Maestro 4 / Royal Enfield Maestro 5
(a). This Royal Enfield Maestros Cover can be purchased by the customer for 3 years, 4 years and 5 years at the time of purchase of a new Royal Enfield Motorcycle (can be purchased within 180 days from the date of purchase of the motorcycle).
(b). Royal Enfield Maestros Cover Period shall begin from the date of purchase of the Motorcycle Period and shall be valid until the product's validity expires. Given below is the validity period for each product offered under Royal Enfield Maestros Cover.

Royal Enfield Maestro 1 / Royal Enfield Maestro 2
(a). This Royal Enfield Maestros cover can be purchased by the customer for 1 year or 2 schedule services, 2 years or 4 schedule services and can be purchased on the lapse/completion of 4th Free Service.
(b). The Royal Enfield Maestros cover Period shall begin from the date of purchase of the Motorcycle Period and shall be valid until the product's validity expires. Given below is the validity period for each product offered under Labour AMC.

(c). The Royal Enfield Maestros cover package is non-refundable. You may choose to cancel the Royal Enfield Maestros cover at any time during the contract Period, however you shall not be entitled for any refund in any form.
(d). Royal Enfield Maestros cover shall be valid as long as the customer adheres to the service schedule as specified in the owner's manual.
4. QUALIFICATION / LIMITATIONS
- (a). Royal Enfield Maestros Cover offers only Schedule service labor or General service labor, this activity is covered @5000 kms of running or 6 months whichever occurs earlier.
- This agreement covers only the labor cost towards the performance of scheduled services as given in the agreement. All other labor charges and all parts replaced during the performance of services and repairs are specifically excluded from this agreement.
- (b). Any other labor on replacing parts, lubes, inspection, accessories fitment or repair, accidental etc... not covered except the coverage mentioned in part II - a.
- (c). This Royal Enfield Maestros cover does not cover onsite support or on road service etc..
- (d). This Royal Enfield Maestros Cover general service covered only the service performed during the specific recommended schedule 6 months or 5000 kms of running whichever occurs first from the previous reporting date or kms or specific period from the date of purchase of contract.
- (e). Royal Enfield reserves the right to make changes in design of the Motorcycle without any obligation to install these changes on previously supplied Motorcycles.
- (f). Motorcycles declared as 'total loss' by the insurer, will not be covered under the Royal Enfield Maestros Cover contract.
- (g). Motorcycles in which the Odometer is observed to be tampered /not working will automatically stand disqualified to avail any services under Royal Enfield Maestros Cover.
5. OBLIGATIONS
This agreement entitles & limited to the purchaser for a discount of 10% on labor charges on all services and repairs other than the scheduled maintenance and a 5% discount on parts excluding lubricants, batteries, tyres and consumables. This provision is excluded for all repairs towards accidental and external damages.
6. LIST SERVICES INCLUDED(COVERED) UNDER THE ROYAL ENFIELD MAESTROS COVER
- (a). For scheduled service labor at a frequency of 6 Months or 5,000 kilometers with a grace period of 30 days or 500 kilometers, whichever is earlier.
- (b). Please note that preventive maintenance parts are not within the scope of Royal Enfield Maestros Cover.
- (c). Upto 5% discount on Royal Enfield Genuine parts for all additional repairs during Schedule Service.
- (d). Upto 10% discount on labor for all additional repairs. No refund or extension will be provided in case any of the above mentioned services is NOT availed by the customer for any reason within the timeframe mentioned above. The above-mentioned services can only be availed at Royal Enfield Authorized Workshops only.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the Royal Enfield Maestros Cover T&C's shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Chennai.
