This EULA shall apply to Your use of the Royal Enfield mobile
application and services (“Mobile App”) provided by Eicher Motors
Limited (hereinafter referred to as “EML”, “Royal Enfield” or
“RE”).
This EULA forms a binding legal agreement between you (“You” or

● The voucher code is a one-time redeemable voucher code, valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
● The voucher code is redeemable for Royal Enfield Genuine Motorcycle Accessories only, at any Royal Enfield company owned store and dealership across India.
● The voucher code is not redeemable at online store of Royal Enfield or any partner stores.
● Purchase of motorcycle parts or apparel or motorcycles is not allowed through the voucher code.
● RE Genuine Motorcycle Accessories purchased using the voucher code are subject to the respective warranty policies applicable to such accessories, if any.
● Price of the Free Of Cost helmet will not be considered or added in the total value of the RE Genuine Motorcycle Accessories purchased using the voucher code.
● No exchange is allowed for RE Genuine Motorcycle Accessories purchased using the voucher code unless the accessories have any manufacturing defect and are covered by the applicable warranty policy.
● The voucher code is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can it be exchanged for any other gift voucher.
● The voucher code cannot be clubbed with any other offer or voucher nor is it transferable.
● Eicher Motors Limited (Royal Enfield) shall not be liable and/or responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the voucher code. The holder of the voucher code shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
