SOLITARY TRIP

A TWO DAYS’ (SATURDAY – SUNDAY) SOLITARY TRIP TURNED TO BE SORT OF ADVENTUROUS ON CHARACTERFUL BIKE, WHAT I DESCRIBE ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET MOTORCYCLE
.
Someone justly said, “Traveling in a car is like watching a film… Riding a motorbike is like starring in it.” Long motorcycling road trips is all about seclusion, finding inner peace and especially enjoying the long wide road. Not a bad idea at all as driving alone brings the sense of knowing yourself in the best possible way.
Biked Bangalore to T.Narsipur to MM Hills to Mysore to Bangalore……

Visited the house deity temple at T. Narasipur followed by MM hills drive which was ascending and descending thick hilly forest with sharp curves consisting a group of seven hills, continuously vehicles streaming from opposite direction. While ascending hills, halfway I get caught in the rain and drenched…I enjoy rain hence had not taken any precautions. I struggled a lot to reach shrine, but once I had darshan to my heart’s content I forgot every struggle that I did. The radiant rays of blessings that I experienced when I partook in lord Rudrabhishekam, it’s simply out of the world experience.

While returning subsequent day via Mysore I was effected by standstill traffic at Srinrangapatna due to ghastly bus accident occurred at Mandya district resulting me and some of the two wheelers with no alternatives, adventured driving on footpath cautiously without disturbing pedestrians almost twenty kilo meters, it was like riding on a naughty horse on hilly region and lo! beginning Mandya, the road was free from four wheelers as they were held up in traffic behind….I only drove between 80 – 100 in seclusive road…Sitting with an easy, balanced upright posture in the saddle which helped me tune in with my bike. …..and I glided simply till Bangalore…a memorable and incredible journey indeed…….

I'm ever so thankful that my bike did not stall for entire riding duration. My main reason was meant to be pilgrim’s journey, but turned second honeymoon for me and my new bike (of course the first one with my wife way back) to explore each other for bonded harmonious future relationship. We are more intimate now and continuing to be for ever….
