Rules And Regulations For Scramble Gurugram

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

A detailed supplementary Regulation and Road Book will be shared with participants soon.

Scramble will accommodate:

● 25 Teams (of 2) - MEN

● 5 Teams (of 2) - WOMEN

● 5 Teams (of 2) - Mixed

Participants can only participate in a team of 2, consisting of 2 riders and 2 Royal Enfield motorcycles.

We try to keep rules and regulations to the minimum unless when necessary for the harmony and safety of the individual or group. However we expect the few that we have, should be followed very strictly, failing which we may exclude that particular participant from the rest of the trip.

REGULATIONS

Satellite Luggage - Your satellite luggage carried on the motorcycle should consist of:

●Basic medical kit

●Fuse

●Foot pump

●Set of tubes

●Spark plug

●Throttle & clutch cable

●OEM toolkit

CODE OF CONDUCT

Intoxication: We do not allow any form of intoxication when on the bike.

Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that preserves their dignity and others around them, including other participants, support staff and locals of the region.

Environmental responsibility: We must try and ensure that we maintain the sanctity of the region we are passing through.

Medical advice: If you are under medical treatment we expect you to follow the medical advice very strictly.

Factors like intoxication and contrabands - Any substance abuse or intoxication during the game will directly result in disqualification from the game.

Responsible drinking is expected at other times (No-Ride) and decisions for the same will be solely at Royal Enfield's discretion

Any sort of sloganeering related to any caste, sect, group etc is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with strict actions

Law & Order implications - Any participant getting into any law and order situation due to personal actions or behaviour will have no liability on Royal Enfield and the individual would be responsible for his/her consequences
