Registration and Cancellation

There are only limited numbers of participants (15 participants) allowed on the ride. Royal Enfield reserves the right to decline any registration at their discretion. The candidate is confirmed only after his/her name appears on the Royal Enfield website, after payment is made and due documents are processed.  Further to this there will be a gear and motorcycle scrutiny conducted one day before the ride which is mandatory.

Registration fee for Unroad Maharashtra 2021 is as follows

Individual : 10000 INR

You can pay online by Credit card, Debit card or net banking.

Registration Rules

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATIONS ONCE CONFIRMED, ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERRABLE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT T-SHIRTS AND STICKERS CAN ONLY BE COLLECTED AT THE VENUE BY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS AND NO PROXIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED.

What is included ?

1) Stay from 3rd March 2021 (Check in at 1.00 PM) to 7th March 2021 (Check out at 10 am) on single occupancy basis.
2) All Meals included.
3) Basic Off road rider training.
4) A Royal Enfield trained technician will be available throughout the ride.
5) Basic spares on a chargeable basis will be available along with a breakdown support vehicle.
6) On ride Doctor with first aid facilities and emergency vehicle.
7) A limited edition Unroad Maharashtra 2021 T-shirt and Decals.

What is not included?

Riders will be responsible for paying for their own fuel and anything else not listed as included.

Documentation

● Driving License
Riders should have a valid driving license permitted to ride a geared motorcycle in India

● ID proof like Adhar card/Passport
While Indian participants need to carry their Aadhar Card , Global participants need to carry their passport. 2 photocopies of the respective IDs also need to be carried.

● Photographs
Two passport size photographs for application of various permissions & permits need to be carried by the participants.

● Medical Insurance
Personal Medical Insurance (Mediclaim) is mandatory for all and should be valid in the country the ride is taking place for the duration of the trip.

● Medical documents
Fitness certificates certified by self and doctor along with the indemnity bond need to be carried.

PLEASE NOTE : A COVID NEGATIVE CERTIFICATE NOT MORE THAN 48 HOURS OLD HAS TO BE CARRIED BY EACH PARTICIPANT INTO THE VENUE WHILE CHECKING IN. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN ROYAL ENFIELD DISALLOWING THE PARTICIPANT TO TAKE PART IN THE PROGRAM.THIS IS MANADATORY FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PARTICIPANTS AND CREW.

● Motorcycle Documents
Original registration certificate,motorcycle insurance and a valid pollution certificate are mandatory.

Royal Enfield will not be responsible for any disruption to your ride due to you failing to carry these documents or your loss of these documents.  All additional direct and indirect costs incurred by the Participant to replace documents or because they cannot continue with the Tour will be borne by the Participant and refunds or allowances will not be made for any part of the Tour missed.

Cancellation or Curtailment

There is a lot of advance planning that goes into this trip and based on a participant's confirmation, others might have to be turned down and hence, we will not be in a position to refund the registration amount if you are unable to participate for any reason after registering for the ride.

Only in the event of the cancellation or postponement of the ride due to logistics, Royal Enfield shall refund only the registration amount to the participant but not any other expenses incurred by the participant.

Force majeure

This means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances which are beyond normal control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised. Such circumstances or events include (but are not limited to) war, or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, volcanic activity, fire and adverse weather conditions.

In the event of any of the above, refunds or compensation cannot be made and Participants will be responsible for providing all their own additional meals, travel and accommodation.
