Royal Enfield’s Road Side Assistance Program is a 24x7 emergency support provided in the event of any mechanical or electrical breakdown and/or accident of the rider’s motorcycle anywhere on National highways, State highways or motorable roads within mainland India. Support will also be provided at the user’s home and/or office but would be limited to two interventions per agreement year.

RSA is complimentary in the first year from the date of invoice. If you wish to buy additional coverage, please click here to purchase a new policy or here to renew your existing policy. You can also get in touch with your nearest dealer. The rates are based on the age of your motorcycle from the date of invoice.
Please refer to the detailed Terms and Conditions of RSA. However, the key points are as below:
● 1st-year subscription is without cost and offered along with the purchase of the new vehicle. For subsequent years, the customer has to purchase the policy limited to 5 years from the date of purchase of a motorcycle
● If the customer has not subscribed for the programme, the support shall be provided at an actual cost basis
● Support is provided within India
● Support is provided if the motorcycle is immobilised or not safe to ride further due to technical issues, flat tyre, battery drain, fuel shortage, loss of key, or accident
● Support on non-motorable or off-road is excluded
● The customer has to register for support through REApp or on the toll-free number 1800 2100 007
● While the services can be availed any number of times for break down on the road, support at the customer's residence or office is limited to 02 interventions only
● If the motorcycle cannot be attended to at the breakdown site, it will be towed to the nearest Royal Enfield authorised workshop only. If the customer wants the vehicle to be towed elsewhere, the additional cost incurred has to be borne by the customer
● - Towing is limited to 100 km without any cost to the customer, beyond which the customer has to bear the additional cost
This program’s validity is one or two years from the date of activation, depending on the program purchased by the user. The RSA cover will be activated 15 days after the purchase of the program. For example: If the user has purchased RSA on 1st June, then s/he can avail it from 00.00 hrs of 16th June.
While there is no limit on the number of times the user can avail the services for breakdowns on motorable roads, the support is limited to a maximum of two interventions at the user's Home and/or Office per agreement year. Also, in the case of towing services, the towing distance is limited to 100 Kms beyond which the customer shall bear the additional charges. Please refer to the detailed Terms and Conditions.
Assistance can be provided on a chargeable basis if a valid cover is unavailable or the motorcycle is older than five years. Please call the Toll Free Number (1800 2100 007) to register your request. The cost of service, terms and conditions etc will be provided to you at the time of registering the case.
To register your breakdown via the Royal Enfield App, you can follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the Royal Enfield app and select the RSA icon
2. Confirm your breakdown location
3. Select the reason for breakdown (like tyre puncture or low fuel, etc.)
4. RSA ticket will be created in the system, and a technician will reach out to you
Yes, the user needs to register his motorcycle on the Royal Enfield App to avail services via the Royal Enfield App.
Don't worry. There is a text box available for you to describe the details related to the breakdown issue, and an agent will get in touch with you to understand your concern in detail.
Once a technician gets assigned, the details of the technician, namely, his name, number, and expected reach time will get displayed in the App. If required, the customer can directly contact the technician as well.
You need to log in to the Royal Enfield App and click on the RSA button. If your RSA service request is already in process, you will be able to track the progress of your request.
As long as you can register your motorcycle on the Royal Enfield App, you will be able to register the breakdown via the Royal Enfield App.
