Please read and accept the following Terms and Conditions before participating in the ‘Golden Opportunity’ sale and registering for purchasing the Motorcycles. These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Royal Enfield (where “Royal Enfield” would mean Eicher Motors Limited or Royal Enfield UK Limited, depending upon the location of the Customer, as may be determined by Royal Enfield), as of the date Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided below.

Royal Enfield is offering for sale brand new 120th year limited edition Royal Enfield Interceptor and Continental GT Motorcycles for Customers in Europe. By registering through https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/ for purchasing the Motorcycles, the Customer accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Definitions:

   For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions,

   (a)  ‘Customer’ shall mean a customer who, for the purposes of purchasing a Motorcycle, registers himself/herself on the Website.

   (b)  ‘Motorcycle’ shall mean one of the 120 numbers of 120th year limited edition Royal Enfield motorcycles, i.e. 60 Interceptor motorcycles and 60 Continental GT motorcycles that can be viewed on https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/. Please note that 120 is the total number of motorcycles available in all of Europe, the actual number of motorcycles available in each country may vary.

   (c)  ‘Website’ shall mean https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/.

   d)  ‘Registration Period’ shall mean the period between 18:30 CET / 17:30 GMT (on 7th March 2022 and such time till all the Motorcycles are sold out.

    

2. Registration and Sale Process:

   (a)  Royal Enfield is inviting reservations for brand new 120 number of 120th year limited edition Royal Enfield Interceptor and Continental GT Motorcycles.

   (b)  In order to be eligible for purchasing the Motorcycle, Customer shall register himself/herself on https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/ during the Registration Period.

   (c)  Registration/ reservation for Motorcycles shall remain open till stock lasts.

   (d)  Registration / reservation, as mentioned above, do not require any payment by the Customer (advance or otherwise) towards purchase of the Motorcycles.

   (e)  Customer must check the applicable on-road price of the Motorcycle before reserving/registering. The price of the Motorcycle applicable for each Customer shall be the relevant on-road price of the Motorcycle in the city/state/country of delivery, as may be chosen by the Customer.

   (f)  Customer acknowledges that the colors/textures as they appear on the Website may vary from those on actual Motorcycles.

   (g)  During registration, the Customer will select his/her Country, State and nearest Dealer, so that sale can be accordingly processed and completed.

   (h)  Upon submission of the registration form, Customer will receive an e-mail communication confirming the status of registration. This e-mail will also confirm whether the Customer falls in the ‘Winners List’ or ‘Reserve List’.

   (i)  Receipt of registration confirmation e-mail shall not be considered as sale confirmation. Sale shall be considered executed subject to complete payment of the price of Motorcycle to the Royal Enfield dealer of Customer’s chosen country/state and upon fulfilment of other requirements as may be applicable to purchase of Motorcycle in the country chosen by the Customer (during registration).

   (j)  E-mail communication received by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will also stipulate details of the amount payable for the Motorcycle at the selected dealership along with the details of documents required for purchase.

   (k)  For the Customers forming part of the ‘Reserve List’, the registration confirmation e-mail will mention that they are in the ‘Reserve List’ and shall be offered an opportunity to purchase the Motorcycle in the event of any cancellation by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’.

   (l) Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will be given the first opportunity to purchase the Motorcycles and in the event of any cancellation by any of them, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be given the opportunity in the order of their registration.

   (m)  Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’ will be contacted by their chosen nearest Royal Enfield dealer, for confirming the reservation and executing the sale.

   (n)  Customers must respond to the dealer within forty-eight hours of receiving communication, failing which the registration/ reservation shall be considered cancelled.

   (o)  In the event of any cancellation (due to non-responsiveness or any other reason) by the Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be contacted by their respective chosen Royal Enfield dealer(s) for confirming the reservation and executing the sale.

   (p)  Customers contacted by the Royal Enfield dealer(s), pursuant to registration, are required to make the payment for the Motorcycle at such dealership(s) and shall ensure that the same is received / realised by such Royal Enfield dealership.

   (q)  In case the Customer fails to make the payment for the Motorcycle price within the stipulated time, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled.

   (r)  On receipt of the price of the Motorcycle, Royal Enfield will make its best endeavour to deliver the Motorcycle to the dealership selected by the Customer within a period of sixty (60) days.

   (s)  The Customer must submit all the requisite documents to the dealer for registration, insurance etc. at the time of invoicing i.e. at the time of payment of Motorcycle price.

   (t)  If the Customer fails to provide complete and correct registration details and documents along with the Motorcycle price within the stipulated period, reservation shall be deemed cancelled.

   (u)  The Motorcycle will be delivered to Customer only on completion of transfer of registration in the name of the Customer.

   (v)  The relevant dealer shall inform the Customer when the Motorcycle is available for delivery.

   (w)  All reservations shall be non-transferable.

   (x)  Only one reservation shall be permitted per Customer.

   (y)  Each Customer is eligible to reserve a Motorcycle only from the country in which he/she resides, by choosing the relevant country and Motorcycle from the drop-down list available on the Website.

    

3. Warranty:

(a) The Motorcycle shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty of three (03) years from the date of purchase.

 

4. Cancellation Policy:

(a)  Customer acknowledges that by registering, a pledge to purchase is made, and Customer will not be eligible to cancel any registration/ reservation made during the Registration Period.

(b)  If Customer, at any time after registration/ reservation, cancels such reservation or fails to make payment of the Motorcycle price at the chosen Royal Enfield dealership, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled with immediate effect and Royal Enfield shall be free to sell the Motorcycle to any other customer.

(c)  With reference to Clause 2 (r) above, if Royal Enfield dealer fails to deliver the Motorcycle within the stipulated time period, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled and Royal Enfield dealer’s sole liability towards the Customer shall be to refund the amount received from the Customer towards purchase of Motorcycle.

(d)  Customer will not be eligible to cancel a reservation once the full price of the Motorcycle has been paid.

 

5. Miscellaneous:

(a)  Any query or complaint with respect to the details mentioned above may be referred to Royal Enfield at RCE@royalenfield.com.

(b)  These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of the same shall be governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts in London will have jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute relating to the foregoing.

1. Definicje:

   Na potrzeby niniejszego Regulaminu,

   (a)  "Klient" oznacza Klienta, który w celu zakupu Motocykla rejestruje się w Serwisie.

   (b)  "Motocykl" oznacza jeden ze 120 n umberów120-lecia limitowanej edycji motocykli Royal Enfield, tj. 60 motocykli Interceptor i 60 motocykli Continental GT, które można obejrzeć na https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/

   (c)  "Strona internetowa" oznacza https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/.

   (d)  "Okres rejestracji" oznacza okres między 18:30 CET / 17:30 GMT (w dniu 7 marca 2022 r. i do momentu wyprzedania wszystkich Motocykli).

    

2. Proces rejestracji i sprzedaży:

   (a)  Royal Enfield zaprasza do rezerwacji na zupełnie nowy 120 numer 120 limitowanej edycji Royal Enfield Interceptor i Continental GT Motorcycles.

   (b)  Aby kwalifikować się do zakupu Motocykla, Klient musi zarejestrować się na https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/ w Okresie Rejestracji.

   (c)  Rejestracja/rezerwacja motocykli pozostaje otwarta do wyczerpania zapasów.

   (d)  Rejestracja / rezerwacja, jak wspomniano powyżej, nie wymaga żadnej płatności przez Klienta (z góry lub w inny sposób) na zakup Motocykli.

   (e)  Klient musi sprawdzić obowiązującą cenę drogową Motocykla przed dokonaniem rezerwacji/rejestracją. Cena Motocykla obowiązująca dla każdego Klienta jest odpowiednią ceną drogową Motocykla w mieście/stanie/kraju dostawy, wybraną przez Klienta.

   (f)  Klient przyjmuje do wiadomości, że kolory/ tekstury pojawiające się na Stronie mogą różnić się od tych na rzeczywistych Motocyklach.

   (g)  Podczas rejestracji Klient wybierze swój kraj, stan i najbliższego Dealera, aby sprzedaż mogła zostać odpowiednio przetworzona i zakończona.

   (h)  Po dokonaniu rejestracji nam Klient otrzyma wiadomość e-mail potwierdzającą status rejestracji. Ten e-mail potwierdzi również, czy Klient znajduje się na "Liście Zwycięzców" lub "Liście rezerwowej".

   (i)  Otrzymanie wiadomości e-mail z potwierdzeniem rejestracji nie jest uważane za potwierdzenie sprzedaży. Sprzedaż uważa się za dokonaną pod warunkiem całkowitej zapłaty ceny Motocykla dealerowi Royal Enfield w wybranym przez Klienta kraju/stanie oraz po spełnieniu innych wymagań, które mogą mieć zastosowanie do zakupu motocykla w kraju wybranym przez Klienta (podczas rejestracji).

   (j)  Wiadomość e-mail otrzymana przez Klientów wchodzących w skład "Listy Zwycięzców" będzie również zawierać szczegóły dotyczące kwoty należnej za Motocykl w wybranym salonie dealerskim wraz ze szczegółami dokumentów wymaganych do zakupu.

   (k)  W przypadku Klientów wchodzących w skład "Listy Rezerwowej" wiadomość e-mail z potwierdzeniem rejestracji będzie zawierać informację, że znajdują się oni na "Liście Rezerwowej "i będzie im oferowana możliwość zakupu Motocykla w przypadku anulowania przez Klientów wchodzących w skład "Listy Zwycięzców".

   (l)  Klienci tworzący sztukę "Listy Zwycięzców" otrzymają pierwszą możliwość zakupu Motocykli, a w przypadku anulowania przez któregokolwiek z nich, Klienci z "Listy Rezerwowej" otrzymają taką możliwość w kolejności ich rejestracji.

   (m)  Z klientami, którzy znajdują się na "Liście zwycięzców" ,skontaktujemy się z wybranym najbliższym dealerem Royal Enfield w celu potwierdzenia rezerwacji i przeprowadzenia sprzedaży.

   (n)  Klienci muszą odpowiedzieć dealerowi w ciągu czterdziestu ośmiu godzin od otrzymania wiadomości, w przeciwnym razie rejestracja / rezerwacja zostanie uznana za anulowaną.

   (o)  W przypadku anulowania (z powodu braku odpowiedzi lub z jakiegokolwiek innego powodu) przez Klientów, którzy znajdują się na "Liście Zwycięzców" ,z Klientami z "Listy Rezerwowej" skontaktujemy się z wybranymi przez nich dealerami Royal Enfield w celu potwierdzenia rezerwacji i realizacji sprzedaży.

   (p)  Klienci, z którymi skontaktował się dealer (dealerzy) Royal Enfield, zgodnie z rejestracją, są zobowiązani do dokonania płatności za Motocykl w takim salonie (salonach) dealerskim (dealerach) i zapewniają, że jest on odbierany / realizowany przez takiego dealera Royal Enfield.

   (q)  W przypadku, gdy Klient nie dokona płatności za cenę Motocykla w wyznaczonym terminie, rezerwacja zostanie uznana za anulowaną.

   (r)  Po otrzymaniu ceny Motocykla, Royal Enfield dołoży wszelkich starań, aby dostarczyć Motocykl do dealera wybranego przez Klienta w terminie sześćdziesięciu (60) dni.

   (s)  Klient musi przedłożyć wszystkie wymagane dokumenty dealerowi w celu rejestracji, ubezpieczenie itp. w momencie fakturowania, tj. w momencie zapłaty ceny motocykla.

   (t)  Jeżeli Klient nie dostarczy kompletnych i poprawnych danych rejestracyjnych i dokumentów wraz z ceną Motocykla w wyznaczonym terminie, rezerwacja zostanie uznana za anulowaną.

   (u)  Motocykl zostanie dostarczony Klientowi dopiero po zakończeniu transferu rejestracji w imieniu Klienta.

   (v)  Właściwy dealer poinformuje Klienta, gdy Motocykl będzie dostępny do dostawy.

   (w)  Wszystkie zastrzeżenia są niezbywalne.

   (x)  Dopuszcza się tylko jedną rezerwację na Klienta.

   (y)  Każdy Klient jest uprawniony do rezerwacji Motocykla wyłącznie z kraju, w którym zamieszkuje, poprzez wybranie odpowiedniego kraju i Motocykla z rozwijanej listy dostępnej na Stronie Internetowej.

    

3. Gwarancja:

(a) Motocykl jest objęty standardową gwarancją producenta wynoszącą trzy (03) lata od daty zakupu.

4. Zasady anulowania rezerwacji:

(a)  Klient przyjmuje do wiadomości, że rejestrując się, składane jest zobowiązanie do zakupu, a Klient nie będzie uprawniony do anulowania jakiejkolwiek rejestracji / rezerwacji dokonanej w Okresie Rejestracji.

(b)  Jeśli Klient, w dowolnym momencie po rejestracji / rezerwacji, anuluje taką rezerwację lub nie dokona płatności ceny Motocykla w wybranym salonie Royal Enfield, rezerwacja zostanie uznana za anulowaną ze skutkiem natychmiastowym, a Royal Enfield będzie mógł sprzedać Motocykl dowolnemu innemu klientowi.

(c)  W odniesieniu do punktu 2 (r) powyżej, jeśli dealer Royal Enfield nie dostarczy Motocykla w określonym terminie, rezerwacja zostanie uznana za anulowaną, a wyłączną odpowiedzialnością dealera Royal Enfield wobec Klienta będzie zwrot kwoty otrzymanej od Klienta na zakup Motocykla.

(d)  Klient nie będzie uprawniony do anulowania rezerwacji po uiszczeniu pełnej ceny Motocykla.

5. Rozmaity:

(a)  Wszelkie zapytania lub skargi dotyczące szczegółów wymienionych powyżej mogą być kierowane do Royal Enfield pod adresem RCE@royalenfield.com.

(b)  Niniejsze Warunki i wszelkie spory z nich wynikające podlegają prawu Anglii i Walii. Sądy w Londynie będą właściwe do rozstrzygania wszelkich sporów związanych z powyższym.

   (f)  Customer acknowledges that the colors/textures as they appear on the Website may vary from those on actual Motorcycles.

   (g)  During registration, the Customer will select his/her Country, State and nearest Dealer, so that sale can be accordingly processed and completed.

   (h)  Upon submission of the registration form, Customer will receive an e-mail communication confirming the status of registration. This e-mail will also confirm whether the Customer falls in the ‘Winners List’ or ‘Reserve List’.

   (i)  Receipt of registration confirmation e-mail shall not be considered as sale confirmation. Sale shall be considered executed subject to complete payment of the price of Motorcycle to the Royal Enfield dealer of Customer’s chosen country/state and upon fulfilment of other requirements as may be applicable to purchase of Motorcycle in the country chosen by the Customer (during registration).

   (j)  E-mail communication received by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will also stipulate details of the amount payable for the Motorcycle at the selected dealership along with the details of documents required for purchase.

   (k)  For the Customers forming part of the ‘Reserve List’, the registration confirmation e-mail will mention that they are in the ‘Reserve List’ and shall be offered an opportunity to purchase the Motorcycle in the event of any cancellation by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’.

   (l) Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will be given the first opportunity to purchase the Motorcycles and in the event of any cancellation by any of them, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be given the opportunity in the order of their registration.

   (t)  If the Customer fails to provide complete and correct registration details and documents along with the Motorcycle price within the stipulated period, reservation shall be deemed cancelled.

   (u)  The Motorcycle will be delivered to Customer only on completion of transfer of registration in the name of the Customer.

   (v)  The relevant dealer shall inform the Customer when the Motorcycle is available for delivery.

   (w)  All reservations shall be non-transferable.

   (x)  Only one reservation shall be permitted per Customer.

   (y)  Each Customer is eligible to reserve a Motorcycle only from the country in which he/she resides, by choosing the relevant country and Motorcycle from the drop-down list available on the Website.

    

3. Warranty:

(a) The Motorcycle shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty of three (03) years from the date of purchase.

 

4. Cancellation Policy:

(a)  Customer acknowledges that by registering, a pledge to purchase is made, and Customer will not be eligible to cancel any registration/ reservation made during the Registration Period.

(b)  If Customer, at any time after registration/ reservation, cancels such reservation or fails to make payment of the Motorcycle price at the chosen Royal Enfield dealership, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled with immediate effect and Royal Enfield shall be free to sell the Motorcycle to any other customer.

(c)  With reference to Clause 2 (r) above, if Royal Enfield dealer fails to deliver the Motorcycle within the stipulated time period, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled and Royal Enfield dealer’s sole liability towards the Customer shall be to refund the amount received from the Customer towards purchase of Motorcycle.

(d)  Customer will not be eligible to cancel a reservation once the full price of the Motorcycle has been paid.

 

5. Miscellaneous:

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Royal Enfield (where “Royal Enfield” would mean Eicher Motors Limited or Royal Enfield UK Limited, depending upon the location of the Customer, as may be determined by Royal Enfield), as of the date Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided below.

Royal Enfield is offering for sale brand new 120th year limited edition Royal Enfield Interceptor and Continental GT Motorcycles for Customers in Europe. By registering through https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/ for purchasing the Motorcycles, the Customer accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Definitions:

   For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions,

   (a)  ‘Customer’ shall mean a customer who, for the purposes of purchasing a Motorcycle, registers himself/herself on the Website.

   (b)  ‘Motorcycle’ shall mean one of the 120 numbers of 120th year limited edition Royal Enfield motorcycles, i.e. 60 Interceptor motorcycles and 60 Continental GT motorcycles that can be viewed on https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/. Please note that 120 is the total number of motorcycles available in all of Europe, the actual number of motorcycles available in each country may vary.

   (c)  ‘Website’ shall mean https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/.

   d)  ‘Registration Period’ shall mean the period between 18:30 CET / 17:30 GMT (on 7th March 2022 and such time till all the Motorcycles are sold out.

    

2. Registration and Sale Process:

   (a)  Royal Enfield is inviting reservations for brand new 120 number of 120th year limited edition Royal Enfield Interceptor and Continental GT Motorcycles.

   (b)  In order to be eligible for purchasing the Motorcycle, Customer shall register himself/herself on https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/ during the Registration Period.

   (c)  Registration/ reservation for Motorcycles shall remain open till stock lasts.

   (d)  Registration / reservation, as mentioned above, do not require any payment by the Customer (advance or otherwise) towards purchase of the Motorcycles.

   (e)  Customer must check the applicable on-road price of the Motorcycle before reserving/registering. The price of the Motorcycle applicable for each Customer shall be the relevant on-road price of the Motorcycle in the city/state/country of delivery, as may be chosen by the Customer.

   (f)  Customer acknowledges that the colors/textures as they appear on the Website may vary from those on actual Motorcycles.

   (g)  During registration, the Customer will select his/her Country, State and nearest Dealer, so that sale can be accordingly processed and completed.

   (h)  Upon submission of the registration form, Customer will receive an e-mail communication confirming the status of registration. This e-mail will also confirm whether the Customer falls in the ‘Winners List’ or ‘Reserve List’.

   (i)  Receipt of registration confirmation e-mail shall not be considered as sale confirmation. Sale shall be considered executed subject to complete payment of the price of Motorcycle to the Royal Enfield dealer of Customer’s chosen country/state and upon fulfilment of other requirements as may be applicable to purchase of Motorcycle in the country chosen by the Customer (during registration).

   (j)  E-mail communication received by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will also stipulate details of the amount payable for the Motorcycle at the selected dealership along with the details of documents required for purchase.

   (k)  For the Customers forming part of the ‘Reserve List’, the registration confirmation e-mail will mention that they are in the ‘Reserve List’ and shall be offered an opportunity to purchase the Motorcycle in the event of any cancellation by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’.

   (l) Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will be given the first opportunity to purchase the Motorcycles and in the event of any cancellation by any of them, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be given the opportunity in the order of their registration.

   (m)  Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’ will be contacted by their chosen nearest Royal Enfield dealer, for confirming the reservation and executing the sale.

   (n)  Customers must respond to the dealer within forty-eight hours of receiving communication, failing which the registration/ reservation shall be considered cancelled.

   (o)  In the event of any cancellation (due to non-responsiveness or any other reason) by the Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be contacted by their respective chosen Royal Enfield dealer(s) for confirming the reservation and executing the sale.

   (p)  Customers contacted by the Royal Enfield dealer(s), pursuant to registration, are required to make the payment for the Motorcycle at such dealership(s) and shall ensure that the same is received / realised by such Royal Enfield dealership.

   (q)  In case the Customer fails to make the payment for the Motorcycle price within the stipulated time, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled.

   (r)  On receipt of the price of the Motorcycle, Royal Enfield will make its best endeavour to deliver the Motorcycle to the dealership selected by the Customer within a period of sixty (60) days.

   (s)  The Customer must submit all the requisite documents to the dealer for registration, insurance etc. at the time of invoicing i.e. at the time of payment of Motorcycle price.

   (t)  If the Customer fails to provide complete and correct registration details and documents along with the Motorcycle price within the stipulated period, reservation shall be deemed cancelled.

   (u)  The Motorcycle will be delivered to Customer only on completion of transfer of registration in the name of the Customer.

   (v)  The relevant dealer shall inform the Customer when the Motorcycle is available for delivery.

   (w)  All reservations shall be non-transferable.

   (x)  Only one reservation shall be permitted per Customer.

   (y)  Each Customer is eligible to reserve a Motorcycle only from the country in which he/she resides, by choosing the relevant country and Motorcycle from the drop-down list available on the Website.

    

3. Warranty:

(a) The Motorcycle shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty of three (03) years from the date of purchase.

 

4. Cancellation Policy:

(a)  Customer acknowledges that by registering, a pledge to purchase is made, and Customer will not be eligible to cancel any registration/ reservation made during the Registration Period.

(b)  If Customer, at any time after registration/ reservation, cancels such reservation or fails to make payment of the Motorcycle price at the chosen Royal Enfield dealership, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled with immediate effect and Royal Enfield shall be free to sell the Motorcycle to any other customer.

(c)  With reference to Clause 2 (r) above, if Royal Enfield dealer fails to deliver the Motorcycle within the stipulated time period, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled and Royal Enfield dealer’s sole liability towards the Customer shall be to refund the amount received from the Customer towards purchase of Motorcycle.

(d)  Customer will not be eligible to cancel a reservation once the full price of the Motorcycle has been paid.

 

5. Miscellaneous:

2. Proces registrace a prodeje:

(a) Royal Enfield zve k rezervaci zcela nových Motocyklů Royal Enfield Interceptor a Continental GT ze 120. ročníku limitované edice 120.
(b) Aby měl zákazník nárok na nákup Motocyklu, musí se během Registračního období zaregistrovat na https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/

(c) Registrace/rezervace Motocyklů zůstane otevřená do vyprodání zásob.
(d) Registrace / rezervace, jak je uvedeno výše, nevyžadují žádnou platbu ze strany Zákazníka (zálohu nebo jinak) za nákup Motocyklů.
(e) Zákazník si musí před rezervací/registrací ověřit platnou cenu Motocyklu. Cena Motocyklu platná pro každého Zákazníka je příslušná cena Motocyklu ve městě/státě/země dodání, kterou si Zákazník může zvolit.
(f) Zákazník bere na vědomí, že barvy/textury, jak se objevují na Webových stránkách, se mohou lišit od těch na skutečných Motocyklech.
(g) Během registrace si Zákazník vybere svou zemi, stát a nejbližšího prodejce, aby mohl být prodej podle toho zpracován a dokončen.
(h) Po odeslání registračního formuláře obdrží Zákazník e-mailovou zprávu potvrzující stav registrace. Tento e-mail také potvrdí, zda Zákazník spadá do ‚Seznamu výherců‘ nebo ‚Seznamu rezervací‘.
(i) Přijetí e-mailu s potvrzením registrace nebude považováno za potvrzení prodeje. Prodej bude považován za uskutečněný po úplném zaplacení ceny Motocyklu dealerovi Royal Enfield ve zvolené zemi/státu Zákazníka a po splnění dalších požadavků, které se mohou vztahovat na nákup Motocyklu v zemi zvolené Zákazníkem (při registraci) .
(j) E-mailová komunikace, kterou obdrží zákazníci tvořící součást ‚Seznamu výherců‘, bude také obsahovat podrobnosti o částce splatné za Motocykl u vybraného prodejce spolu s podrobnostmi o dokumentech požadovaných k nákupu.
(k) Zákazníkům, kteří jsou součástí „Seznamu rezervací“, bude v potvrzovacím e-mailu registrace uvedeno, že jsou v „Seznamu rezervací“, a bude jim nabídnuta možnost zakoupit si Motocykl v případě jakéhokoli zrušení ze strany Zákazníků, kteří jsou součástí 'Seznamu výherců’. 

(l) Zákazníci, kteří jsou součástí „Seznamu výherců“, dostanou první příležitost k nákupu Motocyklů a v případě jakéhokoli zrušení ze strany kteréhokoli z nich dostanou zákazníci na „Seznamu rezervací“ příležitost v pořadí jejich registrace.
(m) Zákazníci, kteří jsou součástí ‚Seznamu výherců‘, budou kontaktováni jejich vybraným nejbližším prodejcem Royal Enfield, aby potvrdili rezervaci a dokončili prodej.

(n) Zákazníci musí prodejci odpovědět do 48 hodin od obdržení komunikace, jinak bude registrace/rezervace považována za zrušenou.
(o) V případě jakéhokoli zrušení (z důvodu nereagování nebo z jakéhokoli jiného důvodu) ze strany Zákazníků, kteří jsou součástí „Seznamu výherců“, budou zákazníci v „Seznamu rezervací“ kontaktováni jejich příslušným vybraným prodejcem Royal Enfield. (s) za potvrzení rezervace a provedení prodeje.

(p) Zákazníci kontaktovaní prodejcem (prodejci) Royal Enfield na základě registrace jsou povinni provést platbu za Motocykl u takového prodejce (prodejců) a zajistí, že totéž obdrží/uskuteční toto zastoupení Royal Enfield.
(q) V případě, že Zákazník neuhradí cenu Motocyklu ve stanovené lhůtě, bude rezervace považována za zrušenou. (r) Po obdržení ceny Motocyklu se společnost Royal Enfield vynasnaží dodat Motocykl prodejci vybranému zákazníkem ve lhůtě šedesáti (60) dnů.

(s) Zákazník musí předložit prodejci všechny požadované dokumenty k registraci, pojištění atd. v době fakturace, tj. v době platby ceny Motocyklu.
(t) Pokud Zákazník ve stanovené lhůtě neposkytne úplné a správné registrační údaje a dokumenty spolu s cenou Motocyklu, rezervace se považuje za zrušenou.

(u) Motocykl bude dodán Zákazníkovi až po dokončení převodu registrace na jméno Zákazníka. (v) Příslušný prodejce informuje Zákazníka, až bude Motocykl k dispozici k dodání.
(w) Všechny rezervace jsou nepřenosné.
(x) Pro jednoho zákazníka je povolena pouze jedna rezervace.

(y) Každý Zákazník má nárok na rezervaci Motocyklu pouze ze země, ve které pobývá, výběrem příslušné země a Motocyklu z rozevíracího seznamu dostupného na webových stránkách.

3. Záruka:

(a) Na Motocykl se vztahuje standardní záruka výrobce v délce tří (3) let od data nákupu.

4. Storno podmínky:

(a) Zákazník bere na vědomí, že registrací se zavazuje k nákupu a Zákazník nebude oprávněn zrušit žádnou registraci/rezervaci provedenou během Registračního období.
(b) Pokud Zákazník kdykoli po registraci/rezervaci zruší takovou rezervaci nebo nezaplatí cenu Motocyklu u vybraného dealera Royal Enfield, bude rezervace považována za zrušenou s okamžitou platností a Royal Enfield bude moci volně prodat Motocykl jinému zákazníkovi.

(c) S odkazem na článek 2 (r) výše, pokud prodejce Royal Enfield nedodá Motocykl ve stanovené lhůtě, bude rezervace považována za zrušenou a výhradním závazkem prodejce Royal Enfield vůči Zákazníkovi bude vrácení obdržené částky od Zákazníka ke koupi Motocyklu.
(d) Zákazník nebude oprávněn zrušit rezervaci, jakmile bude zaplacena plná cena Motocyklu.

5. Různé:

(a) Jakýkoli dotaz nebo stížnost týkající se výše uvedených podrobností lze předat společnosti Royal Enfield na adrese RCE@royalenfield.com.
(b) Tyto Podmínky a jakékoli spory z nich vyplývající se řídí právem Anglie a Walesu. Soudy v Londýně budou mít pravomoc rozhodovat o jakémkoli sporu týkajícím se výše uvedeného.

Sale shall be considered executed subject to complete payment of the price of Motorcycle to the Royal Enfield dealer of Customer’s chosen country/state and upon fulfilment of other requirements as may be applicable to purchase of Motorcycle in the country chosen by the Customer (during registration).

   (j)  E-mail communication received by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will also stipulate details of the amount payable for the Motorcycle at the selected dealership along with the details of documents required for purchase.

   (k)  For the Customers forming part of the ‘Reserve List’, the registration confirmation e-mail will mention that they are in the ‘Reserve List’ and shall be offered an opportunity to purchase the Motorcycle in the event of any cancellation by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’.

   (l) Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will be given the first opportunity to purchase the Motorcycles and in the event of any cancellation by any of them, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be given the opportunity in the order of their registration.

   (m)  Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’ will be contacted by their chosen nearest Royal Enfield dealer, for confirming the reservation and executing the sale.

   (n)  Customers must respond to the dealer within forty-eight hours of receiving communication, failing which the registration/ reservation shall be considered cancelled.

   (o)  In the event of any cancellation (due to non-responsiveness or any other reason) by the Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be contacted by their respective chosen Royal Enfield dealer(s) for confirming the reservation and executing the sale.

   (p)  Customers contacted by the Royal Enfield dealer(s), pursuant to registration, are required to make the payment for the Motorcycle at such dealership(s) and shall ensure that the same is received / realised by such Royal Enfield dealership.

   (q)  In case the Customer fails to make the payment for the Motorcycle price within the stipulated time, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled.

   (r)  On receipt of the price of the Motorcycle, Royal Enfield will make its best endeavour to deliver the Motorcycle to the dealership selected by the Customer within a period of sixty (60) days.

   (s)  The Customer must submit all the requisite documents to the dealer for registration, insurance etc. at the time of invoicing i.e. at the time of payment of Motorcycle price.

   (t)  If the Customer fails to provide complete and correct registration details and documents along with the Motorcycle price within the stipulated period, reservation shall be deemed cancelled.

   (u)  The Motorcycle will be delivered to Customer only on completion of transfer of registration in the name of the Customer.

   (v)  The relevant dealer shall inform the Customer when the Motorcycle is available for delivery.

   (w)  All reservations shall be non-transferable.

   (x)  Only one reservation shall be permitted per Customer.

   (y)  Each Customer is eligible to reserve a Motorcycle only from the country in which he/she resides, by choosing the relevant country and Motorcycle from the drop-down list available on the Website.

    

3. Warranty:

(a) The Motorcycle shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty of three (03) years from the date of purchase.

 

4. Cancellation Policy:

(a)  Customer acknowledges that by registering, a pledge to purchase is made, and Customer will not be eligible to cancel any registration/ reservation made during the Registration Period.

(b)  If Customer, at any time after registration/ reservation, cancels such reservation or fails to make payment of the Motorcycle price at the chosen Royal Enfield dealership, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled with immediate effect and Royal Enfield shall be free to sell the Motorcycle to any other customer.

(c)  With reference to Clause 2 (r) above, if Royal Enfield dealer fails to deliver the Motorcycle within the stipulated time period, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled and Royal Enfield dealer’s sole liability towards the Customer shall be to refund the amount received from the Customer towards purchase of Motorcycle.

(d)  Customer will not be eligible to cancel a reservation once the full price of the Motorcycle has been paid.

 

5. Miscellaneous:

(a)  Any query or complaint with respect to the details mentioned above may be referred to Royal Enfield at RCE@royalenfield.com.

(b)  These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of the same shall be governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts in London will have jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute relating to the foregoing.

1. Definicije:

U svrhu ove narudžbe,

(a) „Kupac” znači kupac koji se, u svrhu kupnje motocikla, sam/a registrira na web stranici.

(b) „Motocikl” znači jedan od 120 komada motocikala Royal Enfield ograničenog izdanja 120. godine, tj. 60 motocikala Interceptor i 60 motocikala Continental GT modela koji se mogu pogledati na [URL]. (c)'Web-stranica' znači https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/.
(d) „Razdoblje registracije” znači razdoblje između [https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/] (na [datum početka]) i vrijeme dok svi motocikli ne budu rasprodani.

2. Proces registracije i prodaje:

(a) Royal Enfield poziva na rezervacije za potpuno novi broj 120. godina ograničenog izdanja Royal Enfield Interceptor i Continental GT motocikla.

(b) Kako bi stekao pravo na kupnju motocikla, Kupac se mora registrirati na https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/120thedition/ tijekom Registracijskog razdoblja.

(c) Registracija/rezervacija za motocikle ostaje otvorena do isteka zaliha.

(d) Registracija/rezervacija, kao što je gore spomenuto, ne zahtijeva nikakvu uplatu od strane Kupca (unaprijed ili na neki drugi način) za kupnju motocikala.

(e) Kupac mora provjeriti primjenjivu cijenu motocikla na cestu prije rezervacije/registracije. Cijena motocikla primjenjiva za svakog Kupca bit će relevantna cijena motocikla na cestc u gradu/državi/zemlji isporuke, koju može izabrati Kupac.

(f) Kupac prihvaća da se boje/teksture kako se pojavljuju na web stranici mogu razlikovati od onih na stvarnim motociklima.

(g) Tijekom registracije, Kupac će odabrati svoju državu, grad i najbližeg trgovca, tako da se prodaja može u skladu s tim obraditi i dovršiti.

(h) Nakon podnošenja obrasca za registraciju, Kupac će primiti poruku e-pošte koja potvrđuje status registracije. Ova e-pošta također će potvrditi da li se Kupac nalazi na "Popisu dobitnika" ili "Rezervnom popisu".

(i) Primanje e-pošte s potvrdom registracije neće se smatrati potvrdom prodaje. Prodaja se smatra izvršenom uz potpunu uplatu cijene motocikla Royal Enfield zastupniku u zemlji/državi koju je Kupac izabrao i nakon ispunjavanja drugih zahtjeva koji se mogu primijeniti na kupnju motocikla u zemlji koju odabere Kupac (tijekom registracije) .

(j) Komunikacija putem e-pošte koju primaju Kupci koji čine dio „Popisa pobjednika” također će sadržavati pojedinosti o iznosu koji se plaća za motocikl u odabranom zastupniku zajedno s detaljima dokumenata potrebnih za kupnju.

(k) Za Kupce koji čine dio 'Rezervnog popisa', u e-poruci potvrde registracije bit će navedeno da se nalaze na 'Rezervnom popisu' i ponudit će im se prilika za kupnju motocikla u slučaju bilo kakvog otkazivanja od strane Kupaca koji su dio 'Popisa pobjednika'.

(l) Kupci koji čine dio 'Popisa pobjednika' će dobiti prvu priliku za kupnju motocikala i u slučaju bilo kakvog otkazivanja od strane bilo kojeg od njih, kupcima na 'Rezervnom popisu' bit će dana prilika prema redoslijedu njihove registracije.

(m) Kupce koji su dio 'Popisa pobjednika' kontaktirat će njihov najbliži trgovac Royal Enfield motocikala kako bi potvrdili rezervaciju i izvršili prodaju. 

(n) Kupci moraju odgovoriti prodavaču u roku od četrdeset osam (48) sati od primitka komunikacije, u protivnom će se registracija/rezervacija smatrati otkazanom.

(o) U slučaju bilo kakvog otkazivanja (zbog neodgovaranja ili bilo kojeg drugog razloga) od strane kupaca koji su dio 'Popisa pobjednika', kupce na 'Rezervnom popisu' će kontaktirati njihov odgovarajući zastupnik Royal Enfielda za potvrdu rezervacije i izvršenje prodaje.

(p) Kupci koje kontaktira trgovac Royal Enfielda, u skladu s registracijom, dužni su izvršiti uplatu za motocikl u takvom zastupništvu i osigurati da isti primi/realizira takvo zastupstvo Royal Enfielda.

(q) U slučaju da Kupac ne izvrši uplatu cijene motocikla u predviđenom roku, smatra se da je rezervacija otkazana.

(r) Po primitku cijene Motocikla, Royal Enfield će dati sve od sebe da isporuči motocikl zastupništvu koje je odabrao Kupac u roku od šezdeset (60) dana.

(s) Kupac mora predati sve potrebne dokumente trgovcu za registraciju, osiguranje itd. u trenutku fakturiranja, tj. u trenutku plaćanja cijene motocikla.

(t) Ako Kupac ne dostavi potpune i točne podatke o registraciji i dokumente zajedno s cijenom motocikla u predviđenom roku, rezervacija se smatra otkazanom.

(u) Motocikl će biti isporučen Kupcu tek po završetku prijenosa registracije na ime Kupca. (v) Odgovarajući trgovac će obavijestiti Kupca kada je motocikl dostupan za isporuku.

(w) Sve rezervacije neće biti prenosive.

(x) Po korisniku je dopuštena samo jedna rezervacija.

(y) Svaki kupac ima pravo rezervirati motocikl samo iz zemlje u kojoj živi, odabirom relevantne zemlje i motocikla s padajućeg popisa dostupnog na web stranici.

3. Jamstvo:

(a) Motocikl ima standardno jamstvo proizvođača od tri (03) godine od datuma kupnje.

4. Politika otkazivanja:

(a) Kupac potvrđuje da se registracijom obvezuje na kupnju i da Kupac neće imati pravo otkazati bilo koju registraciju/rezervaciju napravljenu tijekom Razdoblja registracije.

(b) Ako Kupac, u bilo kojem trenutku nakon registracije/rezervacije, otkaže takvu rezervaciju ili ne uplati cijenu motocikla odabranom Royal Enfield zastupniku, rezervacija će se smatrati otkazanom s trenutnim učinkom i Royal Enfield će moći slobodno prodati motocikl bilo kojem drugom kupcu.

(c) Ako trgovac Royal Enfield ne isporuči motocikl u predviđenom roku, rezervacija će se smatrati otkazanom, a isključiva odgovornost Royal Enfield zastupnika prema Kupcu je da vrati iznos primljen od Kupca za kupnju motocikla.

(d) Kupac neće imati pravo otkazati rezervaciju nakon što plati punu cijenu motocikla.

5. Razno:

(a) Svaki upit ili pritužba u vezi s gore navedenim pojedinostima može se uputiti Royal Enfieldu na RCE@royalenfield.com.

(b) Ovi uvjeti i svi sporovi koji iz njih proizađu bit će regulirani zakonima Engleske i Walesa. Sudovi u Londonu bit će nadležni za rješavanje svih sporova koji se odnose na gore navedeno.

(д) Клиентът трябва да провери приложимата цена на Мотоциклета, преди да резервира/регистрира. Цената на Мотоциклета, приложима за всеки Клиент, е съответната цена на Мотоциклет в града/щата/държавата на доставка, по избор на Клиента.
(е) Клиентът признава и се съгласява, че цветовете/текстурите, както се появяват на уебсайта, може да се различават от тези на реалните мотоциклети.
(ж) По време на регистрацията, Клиентът ще избере своята държава, град и най-близкия дилър, така че продажбата да може да бъдат съответно обработена и завършена.
(з) При подаване на регистрационния формуляр, Клиентът ще получи съобщение по имейл потвърждаване на статуса на регистрация. Този имейл също ще потвърди дали Клиентът попада в „Списък на победителите“ или „Резервен списък“.
(и) Получаването на имейл за потвърждение на регистрацията не се счита за потвърждение за продажба. Продажбата ще се счита за изпълнено при пълно плащане на цената на мотоциклета на Royal Enfield дилър на избраната от клиента страна/град и при изпълнение на други изисквания, които могат да бъдат приложими при покупка на Мотоциклет в избраната от Клиента държава (по време на регистрация).
(к) Комуникацията по имейл, получена от Клиентите, които са част от „Списъка с победители“, също ще бъде посочена подробности за сумата, дължима за мотоциклета в избрания дилър, заедно с подробности за необходимите документи за покупка.
(л) За Клиентите, които са част от „Резервния списък“, имейлът за потвърждение на регистрацията ще споменете, че те са в „Резервния списък“ и ще им бъде предложена възможност за закупуване Мотоциклет в случай на анулиране от страна на Клиентите, които са част от „Списъка на победителите“.
(м) Клиентите, които са част от „Списъка с победители“, ще получат първата възможност да закупят Мотоциклети и в случай на отмяна от някой от тях, Клиентите в „Списък с резерви“ ще да им бъде предоставена възможност по реда на тяхната регистрация.
(н) Клиентите, които са част от „Списъка с победители“, ще се свържат от избрания от тях най-близък Royal Дилър на Enfield, за потвърждаване на резервацията и извършване на родажбата.
(о) Клиентите трябва да отговорят на дилъра в рамките на четиридесет и осем часа след получаване на съобщението, ако не го направят, регистрацията/резервацията ще се счита за отменена.
(o) В случай на анулиране (поради липса на отговор или друга причина) от страна на Клиентите които са част от „Списъка с победители“, с клиентите в „Резервния списък“ ще се свържат от техния съответен избран дилър(и) на Royal Enfield за потвърждаване на резервацията и извършване на продажбата. 

(п) Клиентите, с които се свързват дилъра(ите) на Royal Enfield, в съответствие с регистрацията, трябва да направят плащането за мотоциклета в такъв(и) дилър(и) и гарантира, че същият е получен / реализирано от такова представителство на Royal Enfield. (р) В случай, че Клиентът не извърши плащането на цената на Мотоциклета в уговорения срок, резервацията се счита за анулирана.

(с) При получаване на цената на мотоциклета, Royal Enfield ще положи всички усилия да достави Мотоциклет до избрания от Клиента дилър в срок от шестдесет (60) дни.
(т) Клиентът трябва да представи всички необходими документи на дилъра за регистрация, застраховка и др. към момента на фактуриране, т.е. в момента на плащане на цената на мотоциклета.

(у) Ако Клиентът не предостави пълни и правилни регистрационни данни и документи заедно с цената на мотоциклета в рамките на уговорения срок, резервацията се счита за анулирана.
(ф) Мотоциклетът ще бъде доставен на Клиента само след приключване на прехвърлянето на регистрация в име на Клиента.
(х) Съответният търговец информира Клиента, когато Мотоциклетът е наличен за доставка. (ц) Всички резервации не подлежат на прехвърляне.
(ч) Разрешава се само една резервация на Клиент.
(ю) Всеки Клиент има право да резервира мотоциклет само от страната, в която пребивава, като изберете съответната държава и мотоциклет от падащия списък, достъпен на уебсайта.

3. Гаранция:
(a) Мотоциклетът има стандартната гаранция на производителя от три (03) години от датата на покупка.

4. Политика за анулиране:

(a) Клиентът потвърждава, че с регистрацията се поема залог за покупка и Клиентът няма да има право да анулира всяка регистрация/резервация, направена по време на Периода на регистрация.
(б) Ако Клиентът, по всяко време след регистрация/резервация, анулира такава резервация или не успее да направи плащане на цената на мотоциклета в избрания представител на Royal Enfield, резервацията ще бъде се счита за отменен с незабавно действие и Royal Enfield ще бъде свободен да продаде мотоциклета на всеки друг клиент.

(в) Ако дилърът на Royal Enfield не успее да достави мотоциклета в рамките на определения период от време, резервацията ще се счита за анулирана и е единствената отговорност на дилъра на Royal Enfield към Клиента следва да възстанови сумата, получена от Клиента за покупка на Мотоциклета.
(г) Клиентът няма да има право да анулира резервация, след като пълната цена на мотоциклета е била платени.

5. Разни:

(a) Всяко запитване или оплакване по отношение на подробностите, споменати по-горе, може да бъде отнесено до Royal Enfield на RCE@royalenfield.com.
(б) Тези Общи условия и всякакви спорове, произтичащи от същите, се уреждат от закона на Англия и Уелс. Съдилищата в Лондон ще имат юрисдикция да решават всеки спор, свързан към горното.
