There is a lot of planning that goes in advance into the training conditioning for an event like the Himalayan Spirit. Based on a participant's confirmation, others might have to be turned down and hence, we will not be in a position to refund the registration amount if you wish not to participate.
In case of cancellation or postponement of the Himalayan Spirit event due to logistics or force majeure, Royal Enfield shall refund only the registration amount to the participant and not other expenses incurred by the participant.
