Although the weather is pretty warm in Goa, keep a sweatshirt handy, since the hilly areas are windy and temperature drops considerably.
There are no petrol pumps or restaurants for a long stretch at the end. So plan your trip accordingly.
Itinerary
Reach malvan as early as possible to visit maximum places in your two days visit. Since its still not your check - in time we suggest you visit the rock garden or beaches. The best beaches are Tarkarli beach, Chivla beach, Nivti beach and Dandi beach. Keep in mind that that Tarkarli beach offers water sports but mostly in the evening. Now you must check-in your hotel as afternoons are hot. In the Evening visit Sindhudurg Fort as the sunset from this place is the best to be seen. Enjoy Malvan market after sunset for some Malvani spices and food.
Visit Devbag Sangam where the Karli river meets the Arabian sea. You can take a boat ride to witness this beautiful Sangam also. You can go for a boat ride where you can spot Dolphins and to the Tsunami Island. The best time to see Dolphins is before 9 am because as sun rises overhead they go deep into the sea. Visit the Rameshwar Temple and the Malvan Marine Sanctuary.
