REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION
The ride participation is limited to 16 motorcyclists. Royal Enfield reserves the right to decline any registration at their discretion. The candidate is confirmed after the payment is completed and due documents are processed and approved by the Rides Team at Royal Enfield. Further to this there will be a gear and document scrutiny conducted on the date of the check-in which is mandatory.
There is a lot of advance planning that goes into this trip and based on a participant's confirmation, others might have to be turned down and hence, we will not be in a position to refund the registration amount if you wish to not participate.
Please note that registrations once confirmed, will be non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
