Identification Documents

Riders should have a valid driving license permitted to ride a geared motorcycle in India.

Carry at least another government issued IDs such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card and/or Pan Card

Participants, whether Indian or otherwise, flying into Nepal need to carry their passports

Medical documents

Personal Medical Insurance (Mediclaim) is mandatory and should be valid in India for the duration of the trip.

Medical documents certified by self and doctor along with the indemnity bond.

The Participants should have completed both doses of Covid-19 Vaccine at least 25 days prior to the start of the ride. They would need to carry the Final Vaccination certificate along with them (Hard Copy) which will be checked against the GoI portal online.

A Covid-19 Negative RTPCR certificate, less than 48 hrs old, is mandatory and should be submitted to the RE Team at the time of Check in, failing which the ride participation will be cancelled with no refunds.

Royal Enfield will not be responsible for any disruption to your ride due to you failing to carry these documents or your loss of these documents. All additional direct and indirect costs incurred by the Participant to replace documents or because they cannot continue with the Tour are borne by the Participant and refunds will not be made for any part of the Tour missed.
