RSA cover is an optional service that provides roadside assistance in case of breakdown or other issues. Here are the main points of Royal Enfield Roadside.
Assistance (RSA):
• RSA is a 24x7 emergency support provided for Royal Enfield motorcycles in certain European countries.
• RSA cover is included for all motorcycles purchased on or after January 1st, 2019 (dates may vary from country to country), and the period of cover is the same as the manufacturer’s warranty.
• RSA cover is available for motorcycles sold to end consumers by authorized dealers in the UK, Ireland and certain European countries (Refer to the list of eligible countries).
• RSA covers immobilization caused by mechanical or electrical breakdown, rider error (e.g., lack of fuel, misfuelling, flat battery, puncture) and key lockout.
• RSA offers on-site minor repairs for minor faults that can be immediately repaired with generic parts and without specialist tools. However, extra parts and materials will be charged on actuals.
• RSA provides towing of the motorcycle to the home dealer if breakdown occurs within less than 50 km or nearest dealer.
• RSA offers secondary benefits, including mobility support (rental, continuation journey/return home, vehicle repatriation), accommodation and repaired vehicle collection.
• RSA cover does not apply to accidents, theft, vandalism, expenses incurred without prior authorization, costs resulting from participation in motor racing or rallies, use of the motorcycle for hire or reward, or costs resulting from deliberate or fraudulent acts.
• RSA cover may have additional limitations and exclusions, which will be mentioned in the policy document.

• Offers mobility support(Applicable for selected countries only): RSA offers mobility support after the motorcycle is towed, including rental cars and continuation journey/return home services, Accommodation (max 700 Euros), if eligible, vehicle repatriation (no limit), to help Royal Enfield customers continue their journey even if their motorcycle cannot be repaired immediately.
• Provides cost-effective solutions for Royal Enfield customers: RSA covers the cost of on-site minor repairs and towing services, which can be expensive if Royal Enfield customers have to arrange these services themselves.
• Reduces downtime for Royal Enfield customers: RSA helps Royal Enfield customers reduce downtime by providing immediate assistance and arranging for repairs or alternative transportation.
