Morocco is a land of vivid contrasts: where the towering, snow-capped Atlas Mountains give way to the shifting sands of the Sahara Desert, and ancient Imperial Cities buzz with life inside thousand-year-old medinas.
On Morocco's Imperial and Desert Grand Tour, the journey begins in vibrant Marrakesh before crossing the dramatic Tizi n'Tichka mountain pass and descending into the fortified city of Aït Benhaddou near Ouarzazate. The route continues into the vast Erg Chebbi dunes of the Sahara at Merzouga, with mammoth dunes that dominate the landscape. The ride then cuts north to the ancient heart of Morocco, Fes, and continues to the famous 'Blue City' of Chefchaouen and the modern energy of Rabat on the shore of the mighty Atlantic ocean.
This journey is a complete exploration of Morocco's diverse soul. Gear up for an epic saga through the Atlas and Rif Mountains, the Sahara Desert, and the shores of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic!
